Great. I haven't been there in a while, but it's still as good as ever. People are very friendly.

The best Mexican ever! We drive from Greenville, we haven t found anything better since moving from Simpsonville

Been a fan of El Jalisco for a long time! Quality food at great prices! And the Patron Margaritas are the best! My 4 year old Granddaughter will eat the cheese dip all day long here! Excellent food!

We ate here today for the first time. Its was absolutely delicious. I had the Enchiladas Puercas. Amazing! Reminded me of the Mexican food we use to get in California when we drove a truck. I didn't get the waiters name but he was very friendly and funny. We will definitely be back.

It's authentic.. Or at least more then am American version. Just be patient and a good sense of humor, because no one could speak English, but we were treated very well and the food was good.

Weve been going here for years and the last 4 times i havent liked the food :/ idk if they changed cooks or have dif ingredients now but the food was so bland no flavor at least not like before maybe it was just a bad few times but idk :(

One of our favorite places for dinner. Judy loves the Chimichanga, while my favorite is the large, spicy Cheese Steak burritos.

My younger brother (13) ordered food with no cheese, they brought him both tacos he order with cheese. We politely asked for the food to be returned that we had asked for no cheese. After my husband & myself , my parents & my little sister had eaten their entire meal, my little brother still had not received his order! We asked on multiple occasion and different waiting staff ! They finally brought him his food , they still made us pay for it ! No drink re fills , no dinner for my younger brother , it was awful! The initial waiter we had just acted like he could have cared less to be there. We will never go back , up your customer service

The service was terrible, took forever to get our food and it was WRONG and when they finally brought the right order, it wasnt that good.

Excellent Chicken chimichangas! They give you a lot on your plate. They were delicious!! I will be back again.

Typical Tex-Mex menu but food is better than average - very good in fact. Friendly staff but service was a little slow.

Standard texmex, nothing special. But the manager's attempts to be friendly are in fact grating and machista. Otherwise, if you're looking for one more Mexican restaurant, this one is spacious and has a bar. It's alright, just not unique in any good ways.

Best happy hour! Monday-Thursday until 8pm. Huge Mexican beer for $3. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Food is excellent too.

Good food but pay attention when they ring you up. THEY OVERCHARGE ME EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. And not a dollar or 2. Usually at least $5 overcharge.

HORRIBLE service. It took 20 minutes just to order even though there was only 2 tables in the restaurant. The chips were horribly burnt and the salsa was warm.

What a RIP OFF!!!
When we questioned the waiter about the price he claimed there were two shots of tequila in the size medium margarita. Anyone that drinks Margaritas can tell how much tequila is in a margarita believe us we're not even sure if there was a full shot of tequila in that medium sized margarita!!
As I said the food was great but the Margaritas are a big rip off what a joke...

Ordered the vegetarian bean burrito with cheese sauce and rice. Delicious!

Met with a friend for a quick drink. The staff was very friendly and professional. The bartender was very knowledgeable on different drinks and methods of serving. We were furnished, as a courtesy, nacho chips with the most AMAZING salsa/dipping sauce I have ever had! Highly recommend visiting! When Im in the area, I will definitely return for more. Pricing was very reasonable.

Did not like the food too salty,,also the tables(booths) need to redone on top,,when you wipe off with your hand or rag,somekind of paint,laquer,come off,, need to replace

My family's go to mexican food place, almost always great food and friendly staff.

This place is for sure a go-to for local Mexican food in Mauldin. It's has a pretty small dining area compared to other Mexican places I have been to - but don't let the small place and quiet atmosphere fool you. The food is anything but!!!

I ordered the mushroom and cheese quesadilla with veggies. (Actually my favorite food in the world). Guys, it was the best I have ever had.

The wait staff was attentive and always refilling our salsa and chips and drinks.

I encourage you to check it out if you are in the Greenville/Mauldin area.

I love this Mexican restaurant. It's always pleasant to visit, the service is fast and friendly, the food is great and I think reasonably priced, and I've never had a bad or unpleasant time there. They also have a bar if you are interested in a few drinks. I definitely recommend this place for a small to medium sized gathering.

My boss and I like to go here all the time because the service is fast and the food is inexpensive and tastes great. I recommend getting the speedy Gonzalez. Still haven't got to try a margarita so I'll have to come for happy hour some day after work because they're a really good price.

Nice cozy restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly.

This place is far from good! I've had some bad mexican food but this by far was the worst! My tamale didn't even have meat in it and was covered in some ground beef bean stuff. Carne Asada is steak by the way. Not whatever was in my carne asada taco. This is definitely not mexican food.

Who would have thought a Mexican place was the place for hot wings? They are fantastic. We also hit the chicken fajita quesadilla. Scrumptious.
