Aubergine is an in-between restaurant. Don't expect a sit-down treatment, but also this is better than faster takeaway spots. Personally I have never eaten at the establishment itself because I have always had it delivered. It is good quality, decently healthy, a good price point, and the food is still good after it has been delivered.

Aubergines has quickly become my favorite restaurants. They're amazing! Great food and customer service! I've always believed that healthy food doesn't have to taste "healthy" or "That's good for health food." It can just be delicious like anything else. And that's Aubergines! Delicious amazing food that doesnt leave you feeling gross while loving every bite. And the employees are so nice! I can't recommend Aubergines enough!
This is currently my favorite place to get food from. They have so many healthy vegan options and everything is very fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
Picked up a salad to go and got home only to realize they completely messed up my salad. No tofu like I added, and not even any dressing. How do you forget the dressing on a salad? Disappointed and will never be ordering again. Can t even get a simple salad right
My wife and I had Aubergine cater our wedding. The food was delicious. The catering team was very knowledgeable and made it so easy for us to have the perfect day with food from one of our favorite restaurants. Update - our wedding photos came back and we do have pics of the food!
My experience here has taught me that this location can be defined by great food, terrible customer service & dishonesty.
I've been to a different Aubergine location that was great. This location not so much. First of all, I had to spend 10 minutes looking for somewhere to park. Most parking is in a strip mall across the street - no crosswalk near the restaurant. I get in there and they look at me but no one offers help for a few minutes. There's not a soul in line. Finally someone offers help and then seems irritated that I'm there for a pick up order. I get my stuff and look at it to make sure it's all there. Sure enough, the drink from the kids meal is missing. I ask about it and they say no, it's only included "sometimes". Food is delicious. Customer service needs work.
Love the food. Unfortunately the curbside service at the sugar house location is poor. I picked up my food an hour ago and the app is still on the preparing your order phase. Seems the I m Here button on your app doesn t come up unless the order is marked as ready. Since I couldn t find the button to say I m here, I noticed the sign also had a phone number. I called multiple times and no one answered. I then noticed I could also text the number and say here . Well, that got no response. At this point I decided to go in the restaurant. My order was ready but they had just not updated the app. I mentioned to them all the stuff above and he kind of shrugged his shoulders. Alas I got the food back to the office and we didn t get any of the bread we ordered. Food was still good and I will be back but please work out the curbside service.
We are done going to this location forever. We are regulars and we loved the food. Customer service on the other hand is awful here consistently. We have spent about 800$ here in the 11 months we have lived next to them. Do not bother to wait in line during their busy hours as they consistently prioritize to go orders even if they come in after you started waiting. I have not been back for a month or so now and am not sure I will go back. I wish this one was managed by someone from one of the other locations. In response to your response, we won t be back. I don t feel comfortable in there at all now, and unless you fire the person in question, I won t be walking in there....being told a few more minutes and then waiting 15 or so more with no more communication while said person talked to other people sucked. I have been here during busy times a lot and this was a first...
