Dan Bowden is the agent you want representing you as a buyer and/or seller. 2 years ago we sold our home in 6 days. A direct result of Dan s honesty, fairness, and years of experience. Now, 2 years later we are the buyers and this was when we really saw his skills and abilities shine. It s was so apparent in our dealings that Dan had us covered in every way. Dan is a serious agent and was always available and communicating with us. There were many times this could ve been a stressful time but having Dan to guide us made it smooth.
