Where recreation and fun happen. Very good place to see for special events as they organize free shows sometimes. Watch out for their special shows which feature both local and famous international artists. Special holiday activities are also present. If you are playing in the casino and want to stay longer, there are hotels nearby both affordable and chic ones. Stores and boutiques plus restaurants are present.

Casino itself looks just ok. I did not play the games. The restaurants in the 2nd fl are around average, while the Korean restaurant is below average. Just salty with no authentic taste.
Just convenient location for those use terminal 3.

Wasn't really what I expected. All of the slots were class 2 video. There were lots of table games but the dealers used multiple decks and instead of reshuffling, they disposed of the cards after each hand. Not really what I was looking for. The biggest multiplayer game was BINGO, it was played fairly.

Worth the drive, really.

Worth the drive, really.

Had an event there and parked from 5.30am to 9.00pm. Parking was only P50. Sweet!

There's a casino. Good restaurant right next to it. A gym. A pool.

Very courteous staff!

I called to book a room for one night in December, 2016. One week later I called to cancel the reservation and I was told that they do not give refunds. This is a full four months prior to arrival. If it was just a few days prior to arrival I would understand.

RIPOFF. I advise you to stay somewhere else.

I visited Resorts World for the first time with my 91-year-old Mother yesterday, to see the show at the NPATheater. I'm sorry to say that your mall and its lobby and other open areas are not at all elderly-friendly. There was not a single sofa or chair in these areas where the elderly could sit down when they get tired--the only option would be to go to one of the eating places.

We had to wait to be picked up by the lobby doors, and there was nowhere for my Mom to sit down while we waited. I asked a lady who was in the lobby about it, and she said we could either go to the casino or the "lounge" while we waited, which we couldn't do because we were waiting for our ride, and we needed to stay by the doors, or the curb just outside the doors (which also didn't have anywhere for senior citizens to sit down while waiting).

One last point -- I tried to find a "Contact Us" button on RW's website so I could give them this feedback, but there was none. Members like me should be able to send feedback, which could help RW improve its services and facilities. Many thanks.
