I was blown away with how accommodating Bob was with my situation. I had put him and his company in a bind with a late notice termination and Bob was incredibly understanding and worked with me through my tough situation. Never had any issues or have any complaints from owners and renters about the association or services for the almost 2 years I lived there and served on the board.
