Nice house, nice place, beautiful view. Quiet park. But no fish, therefore one star less. It is generally known that it is unsuitable for angling. That is why I would no longer recommend this on the website.

Gas hob was pretty nasty, 2 burners didn't work on arrival.
What is very important beware with the shower has fallen slipped the bowl is too slippery.
A cleaning fee is charged if a dog comes, but there are various fines in the description, part of which is part of the extra cleaning fee.

A flapping bedroom door bothered us in our night's rest and took action and stuck rubber caps in the window frame.

We were 6 adults, there was plenty of everything present.
We had come to fish, but unfortunately the fish water was full of long grass, so fishing was not possible.

Sandwich service would be nice. Maybe a contract with the local bakery? You still have to take a brisk walk towards the bakery in Heel.

It is a quiet park. No activities as far as we know. You can rent a sloop, but you really have to book it in advance. We had a residence. Unfortunately you could not fish well because there is a lot of drap in the pond. Also many dogs / geese poop on the grass at the cottage. Location is beautiful!
Refrigerator for a 6 person house very small. It would not be a superfluous luxury to clean the windows once. Environment is beautiful. A visit to Thorn is worth the effort.

Service was really good, Limburg friendliness, good explanation and a very quiet park there are people, but you do not hear them. Highly recommended if you just enjoy want out

The stay here was wonderful. Nice park, nice location. Our water view villa was right on the lake and we even had our own jetty.
The house was well supplied with everything we needed.
Unfortunately we had to shower in the bath and getting into the bath was awkward and therefore undesirable.
The air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom was great. Unfortunately not in the second bedroom.
The spiral staircase in the middle of the room was also inconvenient.
What was really against me was the extra costs for towel packages and a kitchen package. I prefer to pay a little more without having to pay for these very briefly executed packages afterwards. If I have to pay I expect better quality towels, for example.
I also found the folder that we received at the entrance mainly a series of documents with which I had to adhere. I would have liked information instead of obligations.
Finally, I was annoyed that the site says that you can barbecue so well, but that you have to bring your own bbq. I think that is crazy.
Still 4 stars, because it was well looked after despite my minor annoyances.

Great house. Park does not give a holiday feeling because it is also occupied by people who work in the area. Quiet.

you really do not have to go for fishing in the park. The cottage was dirty and the kitchen utensils complete. Was really helping. The dishwasher also worked very badly. And began the night the fire detector beeping. When it got dark there came forth a lot of silverfish. Could you really do not walk barefoot. It was just filthy. The park was otherwise well cared for. Area or fun things to do.

Lots of Polish people, but overall nice houses and holiday park

The house was dramatically bad, too small fridge, washing machine did not work, dishwasher did not work, oven did not work ... on arrival, the kitchen cupboards were emptied and cleaned, the pans were even leftover food. all very nasty, complaints form filled in and handed over at the reception and unfortunately heard nothing back.
I would also like to see our cleaning costs refunded !!
Outside the house you just sit in the goose poo and dog poo, almost everyone takes his or her dog to this park. And a lot of nuisance from poles who live / stay in this park.
Setting is beautiful but this resort is really very bad.

We went for a fishing holiday. Paid 50 euros in fishing permits. The only thing the beepers went to was when a diver was on the lines. For 100 euros worth of material, the divers cut and lost. In short, if you want to fish, don't go here!
Furthermore, the floor was sticky, there were dust traps everywhere and the dishes came back out of the dishwasher as dirty as it went in.
Many poles on the site that cause nuisance.
The view is beautiful and the houses are spacious, but we will never come back.

The park is as described quiet and spacious, the cottage was spacious but the cleaning could have been better, mold on the drain in the shower, spiders in the corners of the room and the terrace and garden are unkempt

water villa was beautiful, neatly lovely on the water. magnificent view. sauna was small expected a bigger one. otherwise there is nothing to do in the park, no shop, no eating facilities.
we came for the peace that was there.
Rented e bike, cycled wonderfully, and walked the dog. You can also fish nicely from the house (we went to trout pond (heijoord) nearby). had a nice quiet holiday

Very nice and clean and beautifully situated park. House clean, but needs some maintenance here and there.

The location is very nice, but the villa is unfortunately not suitable for older people, small children and dogs because of steep spiral staircases - no security - our big dog did not manage to come down the stairs, and both bedrooms are unfortunately upstairs.

Quiet park. Beautiful surroundings! Inventory a bit narrow. Too bad there are not 2 cheap sunbeds and you are forced to sit on those bucket seats all week. You can see that it is clean to the eye, but they should pay a little more attention and, for example, the kettle and ventilation grille of the oven should also clean x, clean the windows. That immediately gives a fresher impression.

Beautiful house, but in need of renovation ... Everything was fine ... too bad that the houses that are directly on the forest mill have no bedroom downstairs .. we had our father of 95 with us, despite his age and walking limitations does he love fishing ... in the small pond near the peat house, the water is far too low due to the dry summer of last year plus that there are also many algae swimming in the water ... so fishing was not really optimal .. . next time to Friesland for a cottage with bedroom on the ground floor plus own fishing area on open water ...

No clarity on the website that there are 2 different water houses!
The house clearly had overdue maintenance (sliding doors broken, tilting door bedroom broken, washing machine broken, shower rod loose, and not clean.

Spacious park, nice big house right on the water of the boschmolenplas. Nice and quiet stay here. On arrival the house was not completely clean, here and there stuck the floor and the kitchen. This solved itself. For the rest, fine.

We had booked a villa with a garden. Unfortunately, the beautiful pictures are deceptive. The house was very shabby. The sofas were totally scratched, not cleaned well, the ventilation system was very noisy and otherwise rather poor quality. The advertised terrace could not be used as it was completely covered with goose droppings on the first day. Disgusting! How can you hand over a house like this? It was only cleaned a day later on request. Better would be a fence or daily cleaning so close to lakes. Overall, the facility appears to be very poorly managed.
There is one star for the very friendly staff at the reception and the beautiful surroundings. Overall not to be recommended!

We had a very nice week. Quiet park, beautiful house and especially the beautiful view has done us well. Although the weather was not very good, we still enjoyed it. We were in the VIP villa with water view No. 275. Top: lots of cupboard space, neat, nicely decorated, clearly everything described in your folder ..... Park nice, nice to have bags hanging for the dog poo ..... if I had a little more trash cans (then I talk about the end of the park where our holiday home was ...), friendly staff ... well arranged!
Tip: coat rack was on arrival in the living room. I would put this in the hall myself, cheese slicer was missing at the kitchen inventory and Tupperware trays to store things in might be handy. Finally, there were no cushions for the sun loungers outside. The cushions that we had were not really for loungers.
These are just a few things that I noticed ...... all fine!

Had booked house 277 in January for fishing, (if sold) otherwise house 275. Confirmation on mail
When we arrive on June 15, we get houses 280, indicated that we had booked 277 or 275, it is said, we do not book by number, only by type of house. But house 280 is in a part where many people dive. And if you already want to fish, you can only go 10 meters out !!!!!
We didn't believe that was the deal, threatened manager until we showed the mail. Then it could be rebooked.
The spot (house 277) was fantastic, caught 30 bream with an average of 3 to 5 kilos in 5 days.

We booked to fish for 14 days but didn't catch anything.
If you want to fish go elsewhere.

The view and house was very good and nice, also nice and quiet, our binky has enjoyed the most, it was a shame that too much greenery in the water made it difficult to fish, material lost up to 20 euros due to the greenery and swimming was also difficult because of the stones, otherwise it was great fishing had gone well, then we would definitely have come back next year and then for 14 days.

We went to have a nice fishing holiday, but it was greeted completely close, after complaining it was only done after five days, a bit of a shame if you booked 1 week !! And the cottage was really not clean, some things really dirty !!

We had a beautiful water house on the Bosmolenplas. The house was large and neat. The view over the large lake is magnificent and the water is very clear due to its own water source and the closure of the Maas.
Downside was the fishing (which is why I went there too). We tried to catch pike and carp for a week. The result was 2 pike of 24 and 26 cm. Another drawback was the enormous abundance of aquatic plants. The lake is 30m deep so probably all the fish are in the depth because of the extremely clear water. It would be a nice pool to put out trout but until then I strongly advise against fishing!

Cottage was very spacious and clean. Well equipped with everything you could need. Missed a little the holiday feeling in the park because a large part of the houses is second home or used as housing for migrant workers. We have not been bothered by them, but they also bring nothing. I also missed some facilities such as a shop and a restaurant. It was also a shame that the heater did not work the day of arrival and first night, so no hot water for the whirlpool

Our bungalow was very cold at first and we had to heat forever, then the stove did not work properly. We had no Wi-Fi and the cables of the receiver were missing. Would like to give the park a chance but if you get in 4 days no contact is the whole a little sad.

Beautiful harbor house rented with a beautiful view of the harbor . Well cared for park and friendly staff.
Centrally located along the A2. Close to the beautiful white town of Thorn and Roermond.

Facilities are briefly present at the park ... but a nice day beach is available.

Nice park and nice practical house. Too bad there were so few children at the park. We also had a great week.

Wonderfully quiet park, one house was perfect, ideal layout and very comfortable, fantastic for the dogs, walks within the boundaries of the park possible. Definitely again next year.

Park clean and quiet and bungalow also clean and nice. Unfortunately, the fridge was set to the lowest setting, even though it was 33 degrees on arrival. So I can throw away all the cool stuff and buy it again the next day (37 degrees). Unfortunately, it turned out that the refrigerator could not cool further than more than 15 degrees. This turned out to be defect Once again, all cool stuff could be thrown away. There is immediately a separate copy put away so after more than 2 days finally cool fridge. Then our stay was well over halfway. In such hot weather devoid of cool drinks and fresh food is not a good holiday for us. Unfortunately we have not heard anything further from the reception about this. Upstairs bedrooms very warm and then the lack of mosquito nets throughout the house plays on .. Beds were good.

The house was individually furnished and high quality. The sanitary facilities had the flair of the 80s. Why did not work with our boat booking?
