Amazing views! I was here for work and brought my parents along. Brent at the front desk helped me switch rooms to a view of the golf course so my father could watch people golf while in the room.
On site dinning limited without easy access to transportation, and is a hint overpriced(especially Sweet potatos)but, pricing was expected for an isolated resort.

Nice views of the mountain from the property. We did not stay at the property to sky, but to stay at a quiet space with a view. The breakfast is mediocre. I felt like I was at Dennys (we hadn't been sitting for even 30 min and got our bill to be paid). The steak house was really the highlight of our stay. Our meal was delicious and fresh and our server Travis made every effort to make us feel happy. It was surprising good! On Monday there were no options to eat after breakfast. No one advised us ahead of time that there wouldn't be ANY options open at the resort...nevertheless we were charged a resort fee, which is absolutely ridiculous given that the amenities are limited. I don't know if this is because of COVID or because there's no skying. We would not stay here again.

Amazing amazing amazing summer spot. The pools and hot tubs rock. The drinks. Fishing, the views, and biking are the best. Rafting nearby. Our 5 & 8 year old had a blast too. We had a small hiccup but Jorge at the front desk made sure we were taken care of. We will be back.

The massage itself was top notch. My husband and I agreed that it was one of the best massages. This would have received five stars. The -2 stars is due to the price and lack of amenities. The sanctuary/waiting room was drab, lacked privacy and didnt provide much comfort. The only thing you can do as a couple is go out to the pool with the rest of the resort. The locker room provided toiletries but no place to sit. For the price, I'd say not worth it. Any of the other spas in Reno are more bang for your buck.

This is the nicest hotel at Squaw Valley or what they now call Palisades Tahoe. The hotel and grounds are beautiful they even have a small row of shopping at the resort along with 4 or 5 restaurants. The pool area is also fantastic as well, lots of birds hanging around! This is the place to stay while visiting the area.

Valet service was fantastic.
Desk service was poor and condescending. Couldn't be bothered.
Service at the breakfast restaurant down below was excellent.

The scenery is beautiful but the hotel, staff and rooms were disappointed.
You can feel the struggle of the hospitality industry, but the client shouldn't have to pay for it with rooms not being ready in time, a very dirty pool, no food available, nobody to answer a call for 2 days...just book less rooms and offer a better service to your clients instead of being fully booked without the capability of honoring certain standards.

Resort is nice with great pools and hot tubs. Best part of our experience was catching the shuttle with James Hyde as your driver. Full of energy and pumped us up on the 5 min drive over to Squaw Valley. The reason I didn t give the Resort 5 stars was due to the not so good food from Sandy s Pub. They make great drinks but the food is just not good. At the end of a long ski day, you just want to go back to your room and order in some good food. And Sandy s Pub was not the place.

Don t come here. Hotel prices are high and outdated rooms: Said our hotel room would be done early - 3 hours later read finally check in. 1 hour later our luggage comes and now there s only one restaurant open they booked a wedding - 30 min wait on a Thursday. Not worth the money.
