Residenze Heliopolis Review

Inattentive people as well as inadequate.
1) I often find my father poorly dressed and cold, despite spending the winter with cough and phlegm almost continuously.
2) I often meet him with his face cut after shaving his beard.
3) The first year of hospitalization in the ward, was left without a postural pillow, despite spending the whole day, until evening, sitting on the wheelchair. My solicitations remained unheard.
4) Currently his feet have been bandaged for a month due to the sores that have formed.

Traumatic experience !!!
Almost 1 year later, we still can't give vent to our anger ..
The place is luxurious, it gives 5 stars !! In fact, it was what we were looking for for our father ..
We wanted to have the best, no matter the cost, but we thought we would save his dignity !!
From there, from that December 4th, his ordeal begins .. which marks our path ..

We tried to apply for inclusion in protected housing for our father, unfortunately it was found to be unsuitable. Having said that it may be that our father is not suitable for the target of the structure, it is that the ineligibility has been evaluated without even seeing him in person. We never received a reply to our telephone reminders. In fact I would still be waiting for an appointment. I understand professionalism, the problem is that when it comes to the elderly, we should also try to see the human side and the story that leads certain people to request inclusion in a protected accommodation. I close by writing that, my father humanity has in any case encountered her in another structure that is very happy to have welcomed him and surely found that her medical file was only a small part of a much more relevant human history.

Bad experience, beautiful structure but the people who work there are not very competent and not very human (not all). My father spent 6 months here and when we managed to take him home he was reduced to a larva - he had entered more than healthy - and he died after 15 days. The physiotherapist is a true incompetent!

Structure attentive to the needs of the guest and family

The mother has been hospitalized for almost a year and is followed with humanity and efficiency. Some are friendlier, others less but no one is ever rude or incompetent. There are many initiatives of animation and cognitive stimulation, the animators are very nice and affectionate. For now I have nothing to complain even if I always keep the situation monitored

I am very happy with this structure, I had both parents hospitalized in the protected nucleus, and now only the mother is left.
I am happy because I have seen and lived in the "covid period" and still today the professionalism of all the staff and the effort.
The place is very nice and very clean, I know my mum is treated very well. I recommend it.

Mom in apartment (not department) continuous turnover of non-Italian staff with little knowledge of the language. Meals on the edge of the edible. Not very professional managers. Upon hospitalization, due to fracture, my mom was left alone in the emergency room until I arrived hours later. During the hospitalization NO call from NONE of Heliopolis except to ask me to go and retrieve his cat. Overall negative experience, in fact my mother has not returned. Overall a lot of smoke and little substance, at least in my personal experience.

A dear friend of mine, called CICCI, has lived there for some time. THE PLACE It is beautiful, efficient and human staff. When my friend has problems immediately the exceptional management helps with everything. Very very human and sensitive.
