Rooms are beautiful and clean with very pleasant staff.

Nice staff, clean rooms, and breakfast. Though the breakfast is pretty mid range for hotel breakfasts. Not bad, not amazing.

The hotel is great. The customer service is fantastic and there's covered parking, albeit limited. The only down side is it's in a rundown area of Chelsea.

Customer service is without a doubt above par. Unlimited breakfast buffet is included and fresh. They have yogurt and fruit if you're on the go. Rooms are spacious and clean. They look newly renovated.

Safe, Clean, and reasonable. Breakfast is great, something for everyone. Rooms all have kitchens. The couches in the rooms are really uncomfortable but the beds are pretty nice. The layout if definitely well done, bathrooms and showers are excellent.

And it's safe. Because it is next door to the Boston field office of the FBI! We really enjoy ed our stay there.

Upon arriving, we were automatically upgraded to a larger suite. The stay is currently quite pleasant and the staff is super helpful. The pool is shallow, but heated and good for relaxation

Very disappointed with this hotel. After staying the weekend of June 7th, as we were heading home I noticed some of my substance controlled pills were missing. My other family member noticed some of theirs were missing too. Wondering what else the workers took. Breakfast was awful too. By 8 o clock all the real food is gone, so, hope you like cereal! Will not be staying here again and telling all my Boston locals to stay away.

Nice hotel with courteous staff. Wished if there was a heated whirlpool as the swimming pool is cold and unusable during the winter of Boston.

Location is not good unless you have a car. Cleaning service is lacking as for the 2nd day in a row shampoo was not replenished and recycling basket was not emptied.

Okay location with seems to be on the up swing. Public Transportation within walking distance. As well as a grocery shop, TJ Max and a couple of restaurants all within walking distance.

Nice looking hotel and rooms. Dirty bathroom. AC did not work properly.
Couldnt get into pool because they use an unfair list to utilize pool as long as they want. Only reason I booked this hotel was for my daughter to use the pool.

Have been here two nights with one more to go. Hotel staff is very nice and have been quite accommodating with business needs. Hotel is kept clean. Rooms are spacious. And that train others have commented on is truly no real big deal. My only critiques, both minor, ....it would be nice if the breakfast bags contained fresh fruit....and I could do without folks traipsing through the lobby in their bathing suits.

Had a plane cancellation. It was very comfortable and had shuttles running to the airport.

The room had a kitchen, toaster, microwave oven, large refrigerator, etc., and the room was large and it was easy to stay. I was off the city, but I was satisfied with a large shopping center if I walked for 5 minutes.

Very nice and cozy. They follow a strict security protocol against Covid 19. We had a good time. The pool is reserved and that time is exclusive for you and your family.

Wow. Worst hotel I ve stayed at in a long long time. It looks nice, but the beds are horribly uncomfortable (both, but especially the pullout sofa bed which is actually a more comfortable bed as a couch), shuttle service is unreliable (I called about the shuttle and the front desk person said it came every 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I call again and 10 minutes later it shows up. If I had known that from the beginning I would have taken an Uber), service in general is just substandard (charged wrong card and wouldn t fix it), got woken up several times over the night due to poor noise insulation on the windows (trucks backing up), the room alarm went off at 6 am eastern time (from Midwest and just got to the room at midnight local time, due to the shuttle as mentioned above, so didn t get to sleep until well after that), when we had gotten to the room no one had made up the spare bed as requested so I had to find the sheets and fight with the couch to get it to pull out, and the thermostat doesn t actually work so we ve been uncomfortably hot (this is November!!!).

It s so bad we paid to change our flights so we get home tomorrow (Sunday) instead of on Monday. I would be willing to leave today, but I m not letting this horror show of a hotel completely ruin our trip.

Do not waste your money as it is absurdly expensive for the quality of the hotel.

The rooms are good. The location could have been better

I had a good stay. The room was comfortable but did feel a bit tired (compared to a competing hotel I had stayed in the night prior). I was only there to sleep prior to my flight so I didn't use the gym or pool and can't comment on them. All the suites have kitchens and it's convenient that there is a huge supermarket a block and a half away. The staff were friendly and the morning breakfast was above average with a nice variety. My only issue with this hotel is it's distance from the airport. There is a free shuttle but it takes 20 - 40 minutes to get there which I find too long for an "airport hotel"

Nicely renovated property, challenged location but improving. Small plates/sandwiches after 5 at a nice little bar. Breakfast in the morning complimentary. Good business class hotel.

Took morning shower. Bathtub not draining properly. Standing water in shower. Notified desk prior to checkout. Several dents in kitchen refrigerator and big dent in fire extinguisher box in hallway outside room.

Very clean hotel and staff was friendly. They addressed serving breakfast during covid by providing an option of hot breakfast sandwiches and juice to go.

Quiet clean hotel! The tv has apps such as Netflix, YouTube and showtime with no extra cost. The bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom was a reasonable size. With Covid going on breakfast was able to be picked up from the front desk which included a muffin, granola bar and a fruit cup.

So far the Staff has gone above and beyond. Let's see how the rest of the stay goes.

The Wi-Fi works well enough for me to play games. Also, the rooms are very nice.

Easy to get to and from the airport clean and great breakfast

What made this a 4 star rating for me was the 2 front desk associates who were courteous and helpful, the one gentleman bald with glasses and new employee to the hotel who assisted me on the 19th and the young lady who checked me out today the 21st.

Both exceeded expectation and went above beyond service to help me.

The ladies who checked me in were something left to be desired. Confrontational and less then pleasant...

Stayed at another location and that staff was all excellent...these 2 ladies reminded me of a couple associates who need retrained.
