Clean, excellent staff, would stay again if in area.

Loved our stay, the room was nice but the garbage under the sink was full. I'm sure an honest mistake, we would stay there again!

We had no rags, they were out of shampoo, no room cleaning service available (which was ok except after 4 days we really needed some one to collect the trashes and provide some additional toilet paper). Both pull out beds had to have linens brought up because they forgot to put them in the closet. Their prices were not correct at the market, 3 dollars difference off. I showed the gal at the at the counter and she only said oh OK. Breakfast was the same very few options all the mornings we were there. The only plus was it was quiet.

This hotel is tired. The staff were ok. Cleanliness was marginal. In the first room we checked into the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was hanging on the wall by a thread and the television in the living room didn't work. Good location, but a poor value based on the condition of the property. The breakfast presented in the morning was marginal as well. I won't stay there again.....

Staff is amazing and treated us like family! I will definitely recommend if you want first class hotel w/that personal friendly touch-Residence Inn By Marriott Omaha. Kudos to front desk staff Jacob! The best hotel staff are hired by Marriott. Who are helpful and positive employees. Staff like Jacob are proof!

We are gold Bonvoy members and have stayed at many Marriott properties over the years. The customer service is good and the rooms are comfy. However, the current breakfast selection is skimpy and weekdays only run from 630-830 am. When you're on holiday, I'm not a fan of getting up early. If you don't get down to breakfast by 8am, you often miss out on breakfast sandwiches and today there was no milk. Really appalling breakfast situation! I understand the hotel is trying to take Covid precautions, but having an ample selection would be better!

What a nice surprise for our first night in Omaha. The room was really nice and clean. Spacious with a kitchen and couch. So modern and nice. The lobby was very clean and there was outdoor seating with a little fire if you wanted to do so. What a pleasant stay, we didn t expect to enjoy it so much. Mattress was big and comfortable and we had a great time.

Good hotel in a good location. The staff was nice and helpful. They are not doing hot breakfast due to covid. Room cleaning is only currently being done per request which is a bit inconvenient because you have to take care of your own trash if they don't clean the room. The landscaping needs a bit of attention as the grounds are overgrown.

Very nice place. The rooms are really nice. I haven't stay there yet, but I went visit a friend who stayed there.
