ReqRoute, Inc Review

Reqroute is one of the worst firms to associate with- I ve worked with 3 recruiters over the past 2 years- they are very prompt about collecting your Driver s license & EAD copies & last 4 digits of ssn. They will even promise a interview date & then be totally out of touch. There s no way to reach them via phone or email.
Since my experience is the same with 3 different recruiters from the same firm, I believe this is their style of business- very unprofessional.

Yes. Definitely this is a fake firm. Some day, I received a call from a Tech recruiter of this firm (Saurabh S) asking desperate my resume. He offered me at least get an interview with the Recruiter Manager. After two days, I called him to follow up, but never answered me, no way to leave a message, never called me back. BE CAREFUL!!! It's a fake firm.

Looks like a fake firm. Submitted my profile through glassdoor, never heard back from them. tried reaching them.. u have no chance to reach them.. through phone or mail..

Horrible place please if you read this do not go to the interviews my girlfriend, a friend of mine and I all got interviews and confirmations through email of interviews after speaking to them then we all are on our way to the interview place and when we called to confirm we weren t on a schedule and we call them and they just say they ll call us back in 5 min til finally they tell you that they have enough candidates for the day after confirming an interview time and date don t be fooled by the quick call after applying they literally get as much ppl as they can to show up and cut off the rest after needs are met and not to be racist but they are all Indians and sound so dam sketchy like those dam phone scammers please don t waste your time I drove 30 minutes just to be told this bs to be honest I think this is a fake company idk what they benefit out of it but please be careful

This is a great place to work, the management is invested in you and does its best to set you up for success. After working at Reqroute, I learnt so much that I got a job at Google and now work for Facebook.

great place to work, Best company for honest and hard working employees

I worked for them with Cognizant for about 6 months, they hired me right out of Montana and had me come down. I worked with some wonderful people, it's a high stress job as they move fast in a short amount of time. But they work together as a team and I'd recommend anyone to apply to that company.
