Rental Insurance Services, Inc. Review

Casey Dublin does not return phone calls or emails, one of their drivers hit MY car and it's been a month and still the damages have not been fixed because they are still "investigating". This situation has become a nightmare and it wasn't even my fault.. wondering if my car will ever get fixed.

UPDATE: It's now been 5 months since my accident, had to get my car fixed through MY OWN insurance. I waited 3 months for them to fix my car and I thought enough is enough. Who knows if my insurance company got their reimbursement through them. Now i'm dealing with trying to get a reimbursement of my rental that I needed while my car was in the shop.

I was given the Rental Insurance Services number by Alamo car rental to file a claim on an auto accident. Called more than a dozen time over a couple of days. No one answers.

Update: I was able to get a list of employees at Rental Insurance Services. Emmanuel Issac ext 302. Andy Davis ext 308. Melanie Sorell ext 342.

Then I spoke with Emmanuel this afternoon. He was helpful and is processing the claim. I suggest calling their extensions directly if you need help.

This is the kind of business that has no problem perpetuating BS so as not to pay out claims. Their reps assure you that they are taking care of things and pass the buck to their "supervisors" who are trained to tell other lies to keep a person's deductible since there was no ticket issued even tho' their insured was at fault.
Their rep insinuated that it was my fault for paying the deductible instead of waiting another week for someone from their office to mosey on over and look (photograph) at the car. Just one show of deceit after another. Disreputable in every way. Watch out

Almost 2 months and no answer from them. Danielle is the person who was supposed to help me and she s been impossible to reach. If you have to go through these people good luck even talking to them.

I filed a claim almost a month ago and no one has gotten back to me after submitting all my information asked for then I call every day and nobody answers the phone.
Definitely unprofessional

This company is a JOKE. They LIE, wont pay out claims, they don't even pay you for LEGIT expenses like time off work if your a sub-contractor. I am filing a complaint with the insurance board. They try to deny everything, wont pay, and scam you the whole time. The reps are rude and have no knowledge of laws in other states, or just don't care, and they do not respond to you until you contact the highest up person you can reach, and good luck reaching them! The biggest joke is they represent a "RENTAL" company and insure ENTERPRISE rental! I will never use Enterprise again just because of this.

If only there was an option to give less than one star. This company are so unhelpful and i would highly recommend you stay clear. Costs incurred for calls they made to myself for an accident that was the other drivers fault. They wanted the information there ans then on the phone and didnt give us an option to speak on our hotel phone. 60 dollar extra phone charges as a result of this.
Dont use this company they are useless

This company is not professional at all. They do not returns calls. They are a the insurance co. that represent rental car company. I wonder if they are aware of their practice.

Honestly if I could give this a negative star rating I would. If you ever have to deal with them I would instantly take them to court and get a lawyer don t even bother calling them. They barely pick up, they will waste your time and make you wait the maximum 90 days to decide wether they want to pay for the damages or not. And they decided not to. Everyone here is so unprofessional and rude. It disgusting that they are even a buisness. I promise you they will not pay for the damages at all.

Oh my goodness. I came here out of desperation as this company is so unhelpful. I presumed it was a scam. Someone ran it to us, assumed responsibility and since the ind. had her own car insurance (USAA) and STILL BOUGHT ins from Enterprise, not we are left dealing with them. AWFUL
