Storage facilities are the most called for service of a police officer for burglary and or theft, in the state of California and across the country. Storage facilities are broken into every other day in this country. Public storage is the absolute worst when keeping your personal property safe.

This is about another branch of the storage criminal enterprise called 360 Storage on Central Ave. in Fremont Ca.
It is the managers of the storage facility that is breaking into customers' units. I have a witness to this allegation.
Even with a witness to who it is breaking into people's units, the Police do not care about these burglaries, and are told to just take the report and stand down.

There are no legal remedies except civil court, and that is too much money for most these days. The insurance they force you to have never pays on any claims because they require proof of the break-in and even when its the managers that kept one key to every customers lock, so they can break in and burglarize customers storage units without leaving any evidence of a break-in, which is required to be paid on any claim that they force you to get from them, upon renting, their risk is absent, giving them access to anything stored at that facility.

Or the other trick is, they themselves break the lock off, after hours, replace it with another one of their locks, throw the broken lock away, and again, no evidence of a break-in, because the manager has once again gotten rid of all evidence of a break-in. Then call to tell you of a break-in.

This needs to be reported on. I have a witness to this person entering my unit on several occasions, with a master key, I reported this to the new manager and the police an no action has been taken, except now, I am being slandered, targeted, harassed and pointed at, like I'm the one breaking into people's units. It is quite remarkable.
