Giant scam of a company.
This company is solely devoted to taking advantage of family members of those imprisoned. They price gouge contact, and claim it as an added measure of being hard on crime. They aren't being hard on crime, they are raking in money on the backs of innocent family members.

They should be ashamed of themselves, but I highly doubt they are.

I tried to schedule an inmate visit in San Francisco and was unable to do so because the software had the wrong time preferences, for example the jail is not even open for visits after 1:20 pm, yet the software has a preference for after 5 pm. Next, the location preference was not working and I was unable to add the location, hence I was unable to schedule a visit because the software did not allow me to be able to do so. People are stressed, when they are in a situation where their loved one is being detained, sometimes unjustly. Your system not working, and sometimes being down on the weekend is cold, and in humane to people. Please get your act together and do what you are being paid to do---provide scheduled visits for inmates.
