The staff was friendly and professional, and the installation process was completed in a timely manner. However, I was disappointed with the communication throughout the project. There were several instances where I had to reach out to the team for updates on the progress. Additionally, the quality of the windows themselves is just average. While they function well, they lack some of the high-end features I was expecting for the price I paid. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They got the job done, but there were definitely areas for improvement in terms of communication and product quality.
