After buying a car at this garage it cost me 700 to make it "roadworthy". then you assume that everything works. after a while your car won't start anymore (battery worn out), and your windows won't work anymore. also inside the car there are certain things that do not work properly. then you mail the person in question about this and do not let anything back until you go there, then everything is possible. then another problem and again no response, not even by phone. so they sell you something and then you figure it out is the approach.

Worthless how customers are treated here. Ridiculous communication and downright rude staff. Come here for maintenance on my lease car and some complaints about the car .. never again.

Always my Renault in maintenance, but agreements are nevertheless a learning point. Appointments sometimes do not come through. At another time, appointments are not canceled if the components do not arrive on time. Always friendly

I bought a very nice BMW from 2014 here which you would think the maintenance will be in order and 'up to date'. Not so .... and if you have closed the sale without first inquiring very well then you are out of luck. Then you can still pay a big turn at a BMW dealer after you've just counted away a lot of money for that car at Indumij. They still gave the option to still buy the BOVAG warranty and maintenance for 795 euros, which I saw earlier because this A-class car is just 4 years old. Neat, but feels like a cigar from its own box ... too bad. Another lesson learned thanks to Indumij.

Always excellent help for years, the only downside is that they do not sell new cars here. The staff can not help it

With a major turn you will even be brought home and picked up!

A fine selection of used cars /occasions. Staff not pushy, but polite and helpful.

At this dealer on paper after some negotiation came to an agreement. When making the appointment to pick up the car, the car suddenly turned out to be sold to someone else! They said it was miscommunication, but the appointment had gone to all sellers on the email. Probably they got more for it from another vendor. She tried to make a new deal about another car. Too ridiculous, trust away! We will never go here again!

What a bad garage. The vehicle's multi-belt had broken. Just looked at Renault site and all-in price should be 210 euros. Called and was able to bring the bus over and I would receive a call when it was done. Called in after two days and was literally said they had no idea how it was. Called the day after after he had been there for three days that it would cost 550 euros and that he would probably be ready in two weeks .. Explained that I need the bus for my work and that they could have reported that in advance . finally picked up the bus and brought it to a good garage. In short don't go here for repair.

With oil leakage during warranty, picked up excellently and placed another engine. Well bales of the leak, but very satisfied with the settlement by Indumij.

I bought my second-hand car from Belgium. Indumij has followed this up well, arranged transit plates for me, and after half a year I can say that they have sold me an excellent car!

Very bad. First, no one who came to help. After someone came we wanted to negotiate and a scandalously low offer was made. I.p.v that they just say that they are not interested in our car. Another garage offered double. Poor service so am not customer friendly and certainly a customer lost. They ask your phone number and if they can call, yes, they can not call them back. That says enough about how they deal with complaints / customers. Really bad, worthless !! Do not call me anymore because I do not have a good word for you !!!

A star is actually too much, I have a car delivered here and there is something with it every time. Also the problem concerning the entertainment system continues to arise and the engineer says we can't do anything about this. This means no navigation, parking sensors, air conditioning or whatever.

It is something every time.

25 minutes have to wait for 1 liter of oil refilling this morning. 10 staff are waiting for 8 hours before they help you!

Stay far away from Indumij, believe me ... 5 years ago I bought a non-renault at their occasion hall in Breda. The first 3 months the car has to be brought back about 8 times due to serious engine problems. Paul de Groot (if he still works there: stay away) promised to keep me well informed with photos of the recovery. I still have to get the photos. In the end, the car was repaired. Not a good start so ..

Now 5 years later, the car appears to be completely repainted on one side as well as the engine problems, and that was not done too well. So there appeared to have been considerable damage before it was sold to me. 5 years later so still the misery of this terrible occasion. Trade-in for my current car was therefore 700 euros less. Bought a young occasion in November last year. Unfortunately, the agreed delivery points on delivery were not resolved. Fortunately, the seller bit into it and solved it without too much trouble.

Prima Nissan Qashqai purchased. With half year warranty. Problem with a control unit on holiday was repaired under warranty by a Nissan garage at holiday address, following a quick agreement from Indumij. Very neatly solved. Here you can buy an occasion with confidence.

You will be helped here, good coffee corner to wait. Borrow bikes, scooter in advance receveren. Rent a car for a fee. Top.

Worthless company. Have my wife come back up to 4 times for a warranty air conditioner repair, eventually don't fix it and smear her for $ 105 worth of useless, unauthorized work during a turn plus MOT. Including an aircore cleaning! Now she has to drive to another location again because Breda cannot make a diagnosis? Don't buy a car here!

Dacia sandero occasion purchased here. He does not start when picking up the car, but this was quickly remedied with a new (free) battery. Tasty to be able to laugh! Excellent service and nice seller. Furthermore, no problems with the car yet. We would buy a car here again, although we assume that it will last a while :)

Renault dealer where you can go for a nice used car, we succeeded well thanks to the seller Pieter Jan. A clear honest approach to the various cars is for sale deeply. We test drove a Renault Kadjar and when we questioned was the color no problem we just get to look at the other car despite the heat.

Went in to ask about my Renault plus as i had spent 25 euro in another garage having bulb replaced..and about fixing a broken vent.....they were friendly...polite and helpful and fixed the issue in ten min

Recently bought a 2nd hand Toyota CHR at Auto Indumij Renault Breda. Treated very kindly. After delivery, I noticed bird poop on my roof, which had been eaten away in the paint. No problem. Made an agreement about this with seller Art Janssen about the date that I could return my purchased car. Another car was available free of charge, and the gas was free too. The other day my car was ready and I could pick it up again. It was made very neatly and you could not see it anymore. That's what I call: Top Service with a capital letter.

On arrival it was pretty full on the parking lot but fortunately one spot free for me.
Upon arrival, I was immediately at the desk directly to speak and directly went to work for the winter rims for which I came on the search.
Someone from the staff helped neatly to bring the wheel set on a trolley to my car and even offered to help with loading (but I prefer to do it myself in the Subaru).
Coffee was not offered immediately but I could take it safely when I asked for it, since I was quite ready for it.
This coming winter, thanks to the people of Indumij, I can safely and change the way for a very reasonable price.

Nice clean garage where good help is given without wanting to sell. you can look anywhere and touch everything. Information with the cars is more than complete and better organized than usually. Prices are not too high.

Never go back here. Really very bad service. Then drive a little further to Waalwijk.

Yesterday we picked up our new Dacia Duster. What a nice car. We are very satisfied with the seller, the explanation and the patience of all our questions. Of course we started driving. What a pit, and also a lot of space inside and a good navigation system. All praise for Indumij !!

Recently bought a Renault Clio from stock. Art has helped us well in this. He was helpful and we got prompt answers to questions that were there between the purchase of the car and the pick up.

Parking is a drama parking lot full of cars from indumij itself.

We have been very satisfied with the help of Mr. Groenewegen with the purchase of our new car.
