Beautiful theater, too bad places too narrow and narrow. Not comfortable !
We enjoyed a stay in Paris to see Zabou Breitman's play "La dame de chez Maxime" at the St Martin's Gate theater. Excellent play in a pleasant theater with comfortable chairs.
In the 1st rows we are very comfortable. Seen "the white lady": excellent staging no downtime. 2 hours is too short. Bravo to the actors
The show makes you forget the discomfort of the places
A beautiful Italian theater with a real sky.
Even if the time has passed since its creation, it keeps all its superb.
At this moment, a beautiful play by Feydeau: The lady from Maxim's: laughter in perspective, young actors to discover.
A very good time in a beautiful setting!
Brilliant show ... Each to their own :-)
Room with varying comfort levels depending on the seats and the morphology!
The theater is magnificent, the play the Circle of Illusionists is a treat what more could you ask for ... ah if I know the air conditioning because we were dripping so hot it was but this is only a small detail in front of all this magic caused by the theater.
Beautiful theater. However, the reception staff are moderately friendly. Bar closed following a performance in progress despite information to the contrary on the website.
Excellent theater very convivial filled with openings since 1910 it has a soul without speaking of the comfortable seats. The play was original, the immense talent of Monsieur Dussolie as strong in the cinema as in the theater. Congratulations congratulations for now.
the online reservation service the + zero !!! seat selection impossible, confirmation of reservations made with a very long delay, not answering the phone. TO FLEE !!!!
It had been a long time since I had been to the theater. It took the opportunity for a family visit to Province to want to shine in society and prove to everyone how lucky we are to live in the most beautiful city in the world and be able to look in the flesh, when we the will, real stars of the television.
So we must recognize that it is super beautiful this theater: It alone evokes all that one imagines when we see in the pretty romantic films: The red and gold decorations, the ceremonial openers and openers , all beautiful, well dressed, polite, stuck at will and clean on them that solemnly indicate to you with a wide open arm, the floor and the direction to take (the higher it is, the less it is good sign), the wide velvet staircases, a bar with a cozy atmosphere, small individual wooden doors that open onto dressing rooms, crystal chandeliers, real velvet seats, in short, a real dream.
Until the moment when we regret a little stinginess to have opted on the Internet for the 2nd category, and more precisely at the moment when the two rows plunging before us of empty chairs are peopled with "back of heads" first anonymous, and then we learn to observe in detail since they constantly block the landscape: For me respectively a bald head with a pepper and salt crown and a long blonde hair certainly sublimated by a cream excellence coloring of L'oreal, then that One finds oneself to hate irrationally and crescendo as the evening progresses, each time these heads oscillate like Rainman in movements of permanent and asynchronous rockers every two seconds.
I therefore urge the organizers as an axis of future improvement, that are provided on each row of chairs (placed staggered of course), as in the ophthalmic, chinrests where everyone should have the obligation to put his head in early show with a formal prohibition to move, even put stuffs vise style on each side to properly maintain the jowls, and avoid killers of murderous desires to the neighbors behind ;-)
For the play playing (Father and Son) and for the beauty of the theater
Beautiful room, seats a little tight for my big legs
Parisian theater very typical, excellent room, very good actors. Room ventilation overheated at the end of the evening
Like the vast majority of theaters, it's better not to go over 1.80 if you want to sit well.
A beautiful theater as we can only love to see a room
Nice Parisian theater. Nice space between the armchairs. Welcoming and caring staff.
They sell seats on the 3rd floor of the theater, it's a shame! ! Visibility is impossible without twisting it in two. We have back pain very quickly. I do not recommend this room to see a play in good conditions! !!. Unless you take my dearest places, of course! !!
Super pretty theater. Little legroom in the balconies but it's still like that in old theaters
Very nice theater and the Tangy Pastureau show was great!
Very beautiful theater! A little complicated organization due to the Covid, we got shifted several times but a good time in summary!
Theater with an exceptional cachet with lots of moldings plaster (Muses and Angels), three balconies, with a quality of seating very pleasant at the stage and not to mention the beautiful fresco on the ceiling.
Good reception, nice theater ... and nice room ... what else ??
Beautiful Parisian theater, alas it is not for the elderly, too much staircase, uncomfortable seat and especially impossible to enjoy the room when we are located on the 2nd balcony. The price of seats is not justified very expensive for a show seen half and in addition very bad sound. Notice to the amateurs.
Super theater
With beautiful pieces the clan of divorced
Beautiful theater, beautiful play (Tartuffe) but hard for the back in 3rd category!
It is almost a dove kingdom ... There are places all over the place but it is too dangerous at night so it is better to go alone.
To thank Luchini for the beautiful moment he invited us to share with him.
Do not hesitate.
Go, run, fly and see him and listen to him.
A nice place. But like all Parisian theaters, if you are big it's complicated to settle down.
Beautiful room but very uncomfortable seat ... Be careful if + 1.70m ...
Very nice traditional theater. We see and hear well wherever we are.
Very good theater and very good show by Fabrice Eboue
Excellent piece with the sublime Nicole Croisille and all the other actors
Very nice room but uncomfortable places and little room for the legs.
A magnificent theater where people welcome you very warmly and put you at ease. I was even upgraded to a lodge, so imagine! the theater is fabulous and we feel the passion of those who animate it! Go there without hesitation!
Very nice theater, the staff is friendly except the cashier who takes you a little high
Theater in its own juice (1872) or almost! The chairs deserve a facelift, the soundproofing compared to the outside remains to be done, and it would be interesting to add toilets and more. In short, a Parisian theater to put in the standards of comfort of today. Fortunately the room was great, the acoustics excellent. Bravo!
Very uncomfortable..not adapted to the big person for sitting..some old on the carpet .a review..small room
Polite staff
Les Femmes Savantes: very good piece, with actors at the top.
However, it is important to check the location of your seats in the room ...
After the theater, pass rue Boulanger, just behind, to enjoy a glass of wine and a board at Inaro or to see what lies behind the lavomatic neighbor ...
Very good room, beware the places on the reservation site are on the third
Very nice theater but really badly seated: the space between 2 rows is too narrow
Small and friendly
Quick and efficient access
Nice neighborhood to eat before and have a drink after
Italian theater very beautiful bill with its advantages and disadvantages for the sight of the show ..
Everything is perfect except for the quality of the seats which have deteriorated over time (small recommendation)
Beautiful theater, beautiful and interesting show on contemporary political fiction inspired by the revolution of 1789 "it will go (1) end of louis"
An Italian-style theater with sufficient air conditioning in summer, places a little narrow for the legs, a bar on the 1st floor to wait, usher to settle in, compulsory cloakroom for business (small bags)
Beautiful site, with a warm welcome. Unfortunately unpleasant sitting and in summer it is very hot.
superb place and truly beautiful play. play. top actors! I highly recommend
A beautiful Parisian theater like many in Paris with a nice renovation of freshness in pleasant colors.
Comfort and public safety are put forward and lights off, we quickly forget the details in front of the room that is played with the professional actresses and actors on stage.
Go whatever the room that you proposed you will not be absolutely disappointed.
I renew my confidence this year 2020.
Very disappointed badly placed on the 4th floor for places paid 33 while there were empty places
In other theaters we would have moved it is not the first price but at 33 In addition we heard nothing
Great theater very beautiful but the play "Tasting" praised by critics is pathetic. Left after 30 minutes ..
Excellent theater, very beautiful and great magic show, Magic box
It hurts your knees ... Without being big we have the mark of seats inlaid in the knees, otherwise beautiful theater and a beautiful piece "The tasting"
Nice Parisian theater. Nice space between the armchairs. Welcoming and caring staff.
Superb theater. Very authentic. The venue adds even more character to the play "The White Lady".
