I'm a lifestyle photographer who was urgently looking for a new bag as I broke a clip on my current one. As I entered your store there was a lady inside next to the door chatting on her phone. I made my way to the hand sanitizer station and sanitized my hands and started heading over to the counter when none other than the lady on her cellphone approached me and told me that I can't come inside because the store has reached its capacity whilst still holding the phone to her ear with whoever she was talking to still on the other side. I like to apologize to her for interrupting her phone call during working hours. I would like to ask the management if they consider having a staff member yapping on a phone in the small doorway as part of their safety protocol regarding covid. Will avoid in future.

The service i got from the Employee Eric was excellent he explained to me to detail how much my photos is gona cost nd when I got there nd developed it he was Hands on to assist me with the sizes and everything thanks Eric

Tried twice to transfer only 6 images via bluetooth - it was unsucessful both times.

I bought a Rayne action camera by this shop but faced some problem with the delivery as the camera provided was not working well. Finally to apologize, they gave me an upgrade of the one I choose. Thanks! Friendly staff and they can handle pressure...

Useless and unapologetic. I was looking for a very specific camera cable. Phoned and gave them exact details and they said yes we have. When I got there they didn't, 'we thought what we have would fit'. A wait to get the answer and no apology for wasting my time getting there and back and petrol. Never again.

It s important to know that even if a product is defective, you won t get a refund.

They are not deserving of a star. It's been 2 weeks since I left my picture for photoshop. I then called for feedback on the progress and the gentleman was very abrupt and handed the phone to a different colleague. This younger guy was more helpful but needed to take down my details and instructions for photoshop, again. I will never use or recommend them. The service is not worth time and money. I'm still waiting for them to call back with a collection date/time (I will probably have to call them)

Perhaps the most incompetent printing center ever. They have horrible patronizing customer service and couldn't locate an email of 5 photos even when I called first. Just jaw droppingly incompetent. Drive a few minutes further and spare yourself.

Over the years I've had pictures printed here and with one or two exceptions, the service has generally been excellent.

My "go to" place for all my printing! Always a hearty "hello" from the staff!

What shocking service! !!!!! Came into store and was told that I must email the pictures and they will be done in an hour. Drive back 5hrs later and finger are pointed in all directions because no prints have been done. I'm then told they can do it in 45mins. Will most def not be using their service again. Thanks for ruining my Xmas present.

You have to beg them when you want buy a camera from them.

Shockingly bad service, very unfriendly, unbelievable how arrogant staff can be when you want to do business with them. Not to mention they will overcharge you double the price for ID photos that cost half elsewhere.
We will never go back to support that branch again.
