Great location beside a big mall and a metro in the basement. Good options for food and entertainment nearby, the harassment by hookers around the lobby very irritating.

Nice hotel to stay. On Basement you have mall and can find pizza and burger. B2 has metro station made easy access to local transportation.

Great biz hotel that attached to shopping mall and metro station

We stayed at this hotel two nights. It was a plesant stay both the days. I would recomend going for their Happy Hours'' which is on the 25th floor of the hotel with good food and a beautiful view of the city. They have a wide choice of appetizers and main dishes, both continental and asian especially good sushi! Their brekfast spread was also superb, far better than in most countries. As for rooms, they were ok and could be better but all have a great view with floor to ceiling windows. Would recommend this place to those on a short stay in Shanghai.

Here I am staying in October, and this hotel, I have stayed here several times, this time I am on the top floor, room 5805, almost opposite the club lounge, it's a very good hotel I fully recommend it, the food is excellent, it has a very large shopping centre next to it, it has the Metro line number to benefit, it's very close to the old airport, and not very far away from the new airport, it is also very close to the train station which is the gateway to the rest of China

It s not clean, we got bugs bite badly.....hope it can improve it s cleaning staff s skill and quality.

The location is really good. Downstairs is the subway station. Traffic in all directions is really convenient. . The old-fashioned hotel has a certain quality. . The hotel has an assortment of restaurants downstairs. Dining is really convenient. There is also Carrefour. Easy to buy daily necessities

The quality of the hotel has been consistent for ten years, the service quality is good, and the transportation is convenient!

Easy access, clean and besides shopping, there are quite a few restaurants to choose from. We frequent Charme's, on the 7th floor. Very nice spot to get a nice variety on the menu.

A modern and nice hotel with great views of Shanghai. Proximity to the Metro which conveniently takes you to all that Shanghai has to offer. If you do not want to take the subway, Concierge helps the staff at the entrance to arrange taxis.
Stayed in a Club Room on the 54th floor with a view in 2 directions as it was a corner room and access to the Club Lounge on the 2 top floors where breakfast and dinner as well as snacks and drinks were served. Very nice!

The quality as a hotel is the best. Breakfast is also the best in Shanghai. The bar is close to 1,000 yen, but the scenery is good and you can enjoy it after work. The taxi that I got from the hotel only once was delicate, but most of it is okay.

One of the best-located hotels in Shanghai Chang ning area. The subway system is right at the hotel and this hotel is accompanied by a supersize mall which has all the different restaurants and shops.It's super convenient for any stay, and the hotel itself is clean and quite, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Great room, staff and location - on top of metro to both airports with shopping and food in walking distance, quick check-in ( thank you, Crystal!), big clean room with great view, good breakfast and lounge drinks, will definitely stay here again next time in Shanghai.

Great hotel. Its located over Zhongshan Park subway station, where the subway lines No. 2 (green), No. 3 (yellow) and No. 4 (purple) are crossing. With subway line No. 2 is easy to reach Hongqiao airport and Hongqiao High speed rail station within approx. 12 minutes. Its is possible to travel with line No. 2 to Lujiazui (Skyscraper / tower part of Shanghai centre).
The Zhongshan park is a very big shopping mall with great shops and even better restaurants.

I stay at this hotel every time I come
To shanghai because of the great location and breakfast buffet. Rooms have nice views of the city. Oh and they have robots that bring you room service!

Nice hotel. Great breakfast, clean hotel, rooms are more soundproof than other places. Staff is very friendly, and goes out of their way to help.

Downstairs is the mall, next to the MRT station, very convenient

A nice hotel in a decent location. Awesome views from 58th floor. Train station is close by along with a nice mall and park. Will stay there again.

The check in process was quick and efficient. The room had a smokey smell even though it's a non-smoking room.

4 star hotel that knows how to treat their guests. Clean, excellent staff, great restaurants, club level service is fantastic.

Nice hotel but,
- the staff doesn't speak well English and for an international hotel it is a real pity.
Also it happened two times that my breakfast table was cleaned and given to others customers when I was looking for additional food, this is just a big lack of organization.

Renaissance is suitated in center of the city with lots of malls, restaurants and parks. A very clean and tidy rooms.

The room was modern. The bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast was best out of 3 similarly priced alternatives but all hotels catered for many breakfast styles.
Overall very good. 5 star because of it's price for what you get.
Swimming pool and steam room was in price but not WIFI.

This hotel has a official policy not to store breastmilk. The staff eventually accede to my request after signing an idemity form. But I still had to explain myself daily to reception throughout my 5 days stay. I have travelled and stayed in several hotels in Apac and never had any issues. Not expecting this for a Marriott owned hotel. Very disappointed.

I said there was no hand towel, but I did it by the third reminder. The level of breakfast also got worse

I would love to have given them more stars, absolutely a beautiful hotel, but the service was just not that great. We stayed in one of the renaissance hotels in Suzhou which had a lower rating, but the variety of food and service was far better. Otherwise nothing wrong with the hotel, rooms were nice and clean and had all the necessary requirements, just need to work on their service a bit.

Very kind and helpful staff. It's clean and perfect like you'd expect from this hotel. I did not receive free Wi-Fi as platinum member or I just didn't know how to get it.

Good room that looks great. The bed is very firm but comfortable. The bathroom is nice except the sink bowl and faucet could be aligned a little better; water tends to splash out when used. Shower works wonderfully. The service is solid, no complaints. Staff tends to be good with English as well. The accompanying restaurants are satisfying with a great view of the city. Breakfast buffet is slightly on in the smaller side as far as options go but there is still a great selection with plenty of hot or cold choices. The attached mall is a massive 8 floor complex for plenty of convenient shopping.

Hotel staff are kind and polite

Rooms ok. Food service in executive lounge is very poor - coffee machines don t work most times. For SH hotel you shouldn t spend more than one night if on business. Even fumble on-line checkin and frequently bill incorrectly for RMB amounts in US dollars.

Lovely and clean, very well located and fantastic service. Would recommend and look forward to returning!
