This hotel was just lovely. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Wish I could have stayed more than one day but will return for a long trip soon!

Wonderful and beautiful hotel. Definitely worth the extra $. I can't say enough good things about it. Simply an amazing place to stay.

I checked in on a Saturday night recently. At 2:00 I came down with an evil stomach virus that I obviously brought with me because other family members came down with it the next day. I called down to the front desk to see if they could send someone up with water as I was headed straight for dehydration. Danielle, and I believe, Kelly (?) sent up or brought up water and ginger ale. Later my wife called them and asked if they would bring up some chicken noodle soup. They brought that up with more water. There s nothing worse than being five hours from home and so sick you can t get out to help yourself. Once I was finally strong enough to leave I came home but discovered I left my hang up clothes in the closet. Lost and found had them and are shipping them to me. I CANNOT GIVE ENOUGH STARS TO THESE FOLKS THAT CAME TO MY RESCUE LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER WOULD DO!! Thank you so much to everyone that helped me.

A great place to stay in Mobile. Close to the historical district of Mobile with a wonderful view of the gulf

Hands down a stunning hotel. Great service, friendly attendees, and ridiculously cool views. We stayed on the 17th floor and could see the entire river out to the ocean. Walking distance to downtown attractions including the exploreum, historic landmarks, the river park and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Staff is/was super friendly and welcoming from the second we arrived and throughout our stay! The lobby was gorgeous & hand sanitizer stations throughout the lobby/1st floor. Hotel was easy to find & our room faced the water so I personally loved the view! My guy & I both have long hair & I forgot to pack out shampoo & conditioner so we used the complimentary one in the room was rather disappointed in it.. not enough conditioner to make a difference with thick curly hair. Please with the room overall very spacious nice furniture & my name on the tv made me giggle & feel at home! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views and nice renovation. COVID restrictions have closed restaurants, but still a gracious, comfortable stay.

This place was an amazing place to stay! From the valet attendant to the hotel staff, not a bad thing to say about the care I was given. The room I stayed in had excellent climate control, bed was very comfortable and everything was absolutely clean. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Its been pleasant... they're renovating but had plenty of other alternatives to accommodate most.

My longtime favorite hotel in Mobile. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I can't wait for them to bring back the plantation style buffet breakfast. Absolutely the best breakfast in the country! All employees are very welcoming.
Special thanks to John Overmeyer, the ballet parking manager. He went out of his way to accommodate parking for our boat.
