Renaissance Moscow Hotel 5* Review

It's a nice hotel with an elegant lobby hall. It has an attached mini shopping mall to it where you can finde a decent sized supermarket. The room is big and cozy as well. But it got a big downer too: the curtain system is so old that it's an issue opening and closing it. The worst is that the site is slightly shorter than the actual length that even you try it hard you won't be able to close it properly (see the attached photo).

Very double impression. On the one hand, a large spacious room, on the other - a lot of small negative details: a dead iron, no shoe horn, a dental kit. Behind the wall in the head of the bed of midnight something snapped. Bed linen well, just terribly electrified, have not seen this for a long time. In general, does not match its positioning and prices.

A good business hotel. The bar on the ground floor is excellent, serving drinks and good food at any time of day (there's a reduced menu after 23:30). Not cheap, but you get an excellent room and good service for your money. There nearest metro is an easy 10 minutes walk away.

Beautiful hotel. Big, quiet, clean rooms, equipped with TV, bath, iron, iron board, big bad, air condition, minibar. Friendly personnel. Beautiful breakfast with different dishes.
There is swimming pool, fitness, sauna included.
I did not pay deposit for minibar - so it was locked :-)

The hotel is excellent. This hotel is definitely recommend to everyone.
On the highest level. Everything is as it should be. Great breakfast. Friendly, discreet staff. Gym with lots of exercise equipment. Steam room, plus hammam, pool, jacuzzi. In the same building, who needs the Perekrestok grocery store. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rooms are outdated and need a massive renovation but over all clean. All staff are friendly and speak english.

Very nice Hotel and very friendly staff. Pool is great Breakfast is awesome. It is conviniently located besides a shoping center which you can access from inside the hotel. We stayed here during the World Cup Group Stage. Turns out the national team of Senegal and Iceland where also staying here so it was one of the main hotels for the World Cup. We where with a group of some 150 mexicans staying here.

He waited half the night for repairing the door to the room .... the sink in the room was crammed !!! In a word I give one star with a stretch !!!

In fact, I did not live in the hotel itself, but I took part in the conference that was held there. The halls are very convenient for holding such events, there are areas for placing advertising stands, some areas for lunch. Of the minuses: it is rather difficult to get there on foot, in some places there is no sidewalk, near the TTR, which is why it is quite noisy, but only in the hall.

Good hotel, but a bit too expensive. I stayed in Hyatt Regency across the road, which was cheaper, more modern and with nicer rooms. That will be my choice for the future.

An excellent moment in Moscow in this magnificent place close to the metro and city center.

Excellent 4 star hotel in north-central Moscow. 15 minutes walk to Dinamo underground station. Reasonably priced. Nice large rooms with good amenities. Very good executive lounge, gym and swimming pool. Rooms facing 3rd ring freeway can be noisy, so I recommend rooms facing the back.

Fashionable hotel. Friendly and polite staff. Clean and comfortable. In the conference room, a huge screen for the projector, high-quality picture from the projector. Comfortable chairs in the conference room. Delicious food in the restaurant.

Irina, from the reservation department was completely unprofessional. I called just to confirm my reservation, but she decided not to answer my questions. Never again I will stay here!!!

Very clean and elegantly royal looks with typical Russian input. The young staff was great and extensive in aiding and guiding us to and in the city (Red Square). I really enjoyed the large fitness centre, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The swimming pool water was very salty, though. The Borsch is recomended, but I wouldn't go for the cold Renaissance Monarch Burger again when ordering room service.

The cleaning staff are a bit hit or miss as to the days they will actually clean and stock. I was out most nights with friends so only had one night in the restaurant, I ordered fillet steak which was absolutely COVERED with peppercorns (it s all I could taste) so I sent it back... they took it back, washed it in water and then grilled it again and sent it back. Shocking in my humble opinion.

To be fair, the hotel staff all say the right things and are really nice. Delivering a good service is not one of the strengths of this hotel. There was some sort of art opening at the same time as my stay which took up the majority of the social areas, it made me feel like I was intruding rather than being a guest at a hotel. First time in Moscow but not at a Marriott feel the brand does not seem to reach here.

The hotel is one of the best where it was. The room is cozy, everything you need is there. For guests swimming pool, gym and sauna for free. The food is delicious. In the Allegro menu is bigger than in Mosaic. Sushi menu was not available at the weekend, the overall impression was not affected, but sorry. At breakfast a large assortment.

Service is great. The staff are friendly, not annoying, but always ready to help. All issues are resolved quickly. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. If possible, I will return to this hotel. Thanks to all the security staff.

Stayed a couple of years ago - it was a great hotel, now the rooms are already shabby and the furniture is worn. Breakfast was worse.

Very loose cleaning service. And the refrigerator closed with a key)))) When I asked to open it, to put cheese and chocolate I had, a man of Uzbek nationality came with a garbage bag and in front of me I take out all the bottles. A little shabby the truth ...

Great and beautiful hotel, great service, great breakfast, great rooms. Not very close to city center (not walkable distance) but it is still a very good option to stay.
