I recently used the services of Renaissance Lakewood LLC and I am extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly and professional, and the quality of their work was top-notch.

Do not come here if you want to be treated with any decency. To put the long story short, I had to have my EV towed here on a late Saturday night a day before Easter as this was my only option to charge my vehicle. This place advertises ChargePoint Station online but when I arrived I was met by the extremely obnoxious head of security who refused to let me charge my vehicle because the lot is private property. If the lot is private then why would you advertise EV charging online publicly?? I explained to the distasteful security that I just finished my shift at work and live over an hour a way. All I needed was to charge my vehicle to get home but the security was genuinely inhuman and threatened to call the police on me if I didn t have my car towed AGAIN out of the lot. Please whoever is reading this, do NOT come here. The security forced me and my little sister to leave regardless of the circumstances.
We were treated worse than criminals, and the security made long rough night even longer and rougher.
