Purchased a lot of kosher meat for the 4th of July, only to realize it was all expired (May 2021!) once we got home. Pretty disappointing. This is normally our go-to for kosher products. I understand supply chains are backed-up right now, but at least remove the expired products so we aren t wasting money on items we will have to throw out.
Our first shopping experience was not a good one. Multiple items we purchased were out of date by months. The frozen food we purchased was freezer burnt and had ice crystals. The prices are very high compared to other stores nearby. The only good thing I can say is the staff was very nice and helpful.
Clerks were helpful. Some of what I tried to buy was out of stock. Using prime parking spots for curbside delivery doesn't inspire me to return

zero stars if that was an option.. I have been trying to support this store for many years. I can finally say I will never shop there again. How can you charge 8.99 for the same loaf of LaBrea bread that Kroger and other grocers charge 3.49? I have overlooked many other issues with the Hyde Park location but this one sent me over the edge.
I do hope this store is able to stay in business.
Everyone that works at this location is so nice. I always leave with a big smile on my face. I really hope they're being paid well.

Remke gives me that personable feeling I use to get at the neighborhood grocery store. The Hyde park location is never really crowed. Some good sales come up from time to time. Check them out.
This has become my go to place for a nice quick grocery run in Hyde Park Plaza. Almost never have to wait in line or look for parking spaces, and while its selection is not as lavish as Krogers, it has nowhere near the crowds.
