I cancelled my reservations three weeks ago at one of their Marriott properties in Raleigh/Durham, NC; however, I was told that it will take 90 - 120 days to get a refund of my money! That's poor customer service!

I was mistreated by my manager Jennifer Medina. At first she seemed nice , but turnnout to be 2 face and very u professional. My uncle died suddenly, the first week I was there. She offered to give me the weekend off to go , bit when I came back, used it against me . my car broke down , and then wa late and she offered me a extra day, but it end up stabbi me I the back about that . i was the mgr , on duty, and yes I got my training done. But Jennifer whom I never worked with , believe Hearsey , saying she was getting calls from sales or whomever claiming I was not doing , my training and hanging at the desk . I was appalled . she claim my agents were complain ibg about me being strong or not inviting their ideas, but I find out from Everyone of my Agents s. they "" never said anything!!!. So why would she lie . I have 32 year s, if hospitality , an3 degrees. I have been a mani , mod and trainer . I know hilto n. And to say I am not the right fit , is segragatong, and demening to my character and integrity. I asked Joe the Human resources , wjom I pretty much work with , SD and I quote " he did not see anything wrong with performance. Last Mon jjen, said , 20 dollars was missing from the bank on thurs . and someone told her I was asking fotr money , no I was not . again hearsey, she said , sales were telling her, I was co mplaining about about my legs hurting, which was not true ,. Again jen wa not theire. In my training I was not able to get into onqym so how I was able to see what room was vd or piclip . the morning crew said nothing m in my training . I had looked at my co worker s computer. So jen wanted to blame me , how . I Knew nothing about sales client . my Agents told me this morning, thta jen Jennifer told them , that no o e can use their cide and implied . to then I would make a mistake . what . I k kw oncu . thay I'd detrimental to my character. . the woman hiresony experience . customer and knowledge, she turns around believing hearsey, I implying things I am not doing. I went to the desk to answer ?? Or i guest had a ? It help . it is called multi tasking and good customer service . I sooo upset to be humiated like this . Jenn neess some people skills and treat people fairly. She should try see ing come one she loves in a casket . I am good manager. I always took care of the guest and help my ci o workers . bu t was mistreated. I don't want anyone to go through this hell.

Your Jacksonville, FL Residence Inn is a dump. Appears to me there is boarderline racism going on there, too. Sean the GM making an excuse of one front desk lady's inability to switch my room by saying, "her English is not good" and that she speaks "broken English". Also I think they put certain people in A side, and certain people in B side. Since when is segregation back?
