The owner hires anyone with a pulse to dispense medications to the neediest and most under-served patient populations. He pays his techs and pharmacists far below market wage and offers NO benefits. We switched to Omnicare and have had no issues like we did with Rx Specialties. The drivers are polite and on time and we never have to call for missing medications or wrong medications.
No pharmacist ever speaks to you on the phone. Very poor customer service, just get some dim-witted tech all the time who knows nothing about our consumers.

The office staff are not clinically trained and they compound the errors by trying to deflect them. Never admit they have pharmacists who can't understand Engrish. Go with a national firm.

My daughter was seizure free until she started getting her pills from these people. I asked and I can get her meds from another drug store that sends them to the group home. I reported this place.
