Wonderful service and staff! Claire offered great service and was very skillful and friendly. Prices are pretty good as well.

Loved the facial bar experience, staff was super friendly and really listened and asked questions to personalize the choice of skincare products. My skin felt great after and feel like I learned a lot too, and also had a really nice cocktail.

Fantastic service and a really fun, unique atmosphere!

Went in for a shellac manicure and walked out with jagged nails, rough cuticles and a manicure that I was embarrassed to show. See the attached photos. I emailed Remedy to attempt to resolve the situation and was met with the worst customer service I ve ever experienced at a spa or nail salon. 10 days later and the owner finally responded (after two follow up emails to her directly) to say that the manicure I received was up to their standards. I will definitely not be returning, and would not recommend Remedy for any nail services due to their standard . Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service would lead me to caution anyone against visiting Remedy for any services.

If you re looking for a manicure downtown I d recommend Spice in Scotia square over Remedy. If you want the best manicure in the city, I can t recommend The Glamour Room on Washmill Lake Drive highly enough!

I don't have any previous experience with spa's (hair salon comes close??) so I don't have anything to compare to.

I'm not a fan of scents, so the chemical smell that is masked with other smells is overwhelming. I prefer unscented laundry, detergent, dish soap etc so maybe other people may not find it so over powering.

The person who did what I came in for was courteous and respectful. All staff were friendly. Didn't try and push any products - which was great.

Was here Saturday for my birthday. My group did the facial bar. It was great! We had a blast and was given some great information! I would definitely recommend this place. We will be coming back for sure. Thinking about doing the girls night package!

Had an amazing experience today getting the soft and sweet body scrub, HIGHLY recommend. Claire was so good at making me feel comfortable and she was very professional! I can't wait for my next appointment at Remedy :)

This is by far the best spa in halifax! its amazingly cozy and the staff are so friendly. plus its the only one that can serve you martinis you can't beat that!!
