Would never pick this company. DRY, BORING, SLEEP-INDUCING. And, goes off-line too much. I don't remember any quarterly required training that I did that didn't have some sort of disconnection. There's got to be better. NOT RECOMMENDED and I dread every quarter's mandatory CEU's.

Don't try to get in the door!!! The receptionist just sits there and looks at you while the doors are locked!!!! Very unprofessional
Beware entering into any agreement with Relias Learning. They don't care if their service/product works for you or not. We find the training boring and the delivery method antiquated. Read the fine print, they are not interested in you being satisfied, just in your monthly payment.
Training modules are buggy and cumbersome. They are required for us on a quarterly basis and we dread them as they are so obvious. We do not learn anything new.
I am doing a temp job right now and couldn't be more happy. The people are outstanding. I can only imagine how great it must be to work for this great company.
I've personally known Relias' products to not only lift staff engagement levels, but also save facility administrators thousands of dollars by decreasing manual training/tracking/reporting tasks and increasing overall education efficiencies.
