Last 2 times I tried to use Reliant transportation the driver refused to use the resident's entry way to the building behind the office. I waited out back per usual method and driver was in front of the building where the office and mailroom are located. IT IS NOT USED FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES PICK UP! I TRIED TO EXPLAIN ON BOTH OCCASIONS AND THEY SIMPLY LEFT ME IN THE LURCH
JUST LEFT ME THERE. I MISSES 2 CRITICAL doctors appointments. I'm afraid to call them again
