This is a horrible home care service provider. Very unreliable, never on time, the care provider calls off and they don t send a replacement care provider. We put in an order for the wound supplies the care giver told us to request but since Reliant has to approve them they haven t even shipped. One week later and Sheild told us that Cynthia from Reliant informed Sheild my mom isn t even under their care! It s been two weeks that my mom has been under their care It s very frustrating trying to get a hold of them. Goes straight to voicemail and there s not even an option to leave a message.
