We had a great time here for gymnastics. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the valet attendant. When I asked him about the location of the event he explained to me that it was just right inside the building. So I dropped my family off and went and parked just to find out that it took them 15 minutes to walk to the event where it only took me about 5 minutes from where I parked.

This spa was a complete disappointment. Opryland is so nice so you expect a spa commensurate to the ambiance. My massage was so bad but yet so expensive. It literally felt like I got nothing for my experience. My friend was in town and her massage was poor also. If you are going to charge an insane amount of money it better be amazing. Plus all the amenities are down due to covid but the prices don t reflect this. Ripped Off......

The Spa facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff in the men's locker room were helpful and pleasant. The massage was excellent. If you have a parking ticket get it validated. The parking rates are very high. I gave Relache Spa only three stars because the front desk employees need to get over themselves. Their attitude was palpable. This lack of friendly and inviting customer service takes away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the therapist was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her. I was very disappointed in the experience and it was outrageously over priced. When I booked my appointment I was not informed that it was considered peak time so my service was going to be $160 instead of $135. I discussed the type of pressure I liked with the booking specialist. She made it sound like most of the spa "included" services were available. So I was expecting to spend a large part of my day enjoying the spa. I thought these extras would justify the price. The relaxation room was basically just a waiting area and the shower was just a locker room shower with a spray bottle of eucalyptus spray. I was not happy with my pressure level, I asked for more pressure during the message but couldn't tell a difference. I also asked the therapist to focus on specific areas ( hips, feet, shoulder). My hips weren't touched, she only tapped her fingers on my toes (didn't rub heels), and the shoulder work was just ok. At the end of the message I told the person who checked me out that I was disappointed in the service but they didn't seem to care, just wanted payment. They really need to adjust their prices if they are going to continue to keep so much of the spa closed.

I stayed at the Gaylord Resort and decided to book an anti-blemish facial. When I called the girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was booked with Sharon and I am SO glad that I was! Not only did Sharon ask questions, she walked me through the whole process, all of the products, and why she was using them. I ve always been insecure about my acne but Sharon gave me the confidence I was lacking. She planned out a whole regimen for me (but didn t pressure me to buy the products whatsoever!) I found it very refreshing that she truly cared about what was best for me and for my skin, not a sales pitch. She even went out of her way to explain the beneficial ingredients in the recommended products so I can look for them in other products at home if I decided not to purchase theirs. If I stay here again in the future I am going to Sharon for sure! :)
