I was set to use Reilly Financial by the now defunct Aus Super Compare who were a dodgy marketing company steering clients towards the now collapsed First Guardian Super Fund. I was passed around between Venture Egg and Rielly as licenses of Interprac. Reilly financial in no way at any time alerted me to concerns over First Guardian but ceased putting my employer contribution into the fund within 8 weeks of me signing up due to their concerns in 2023. They still did not advise me of these concerns when taking the final balance of my super from CARE some 8 months later. They did not advise me or try to take my super from the platform, when First Guardian gave notice that they were freezing their fund early 2024 within weeks of taking my final super ba;ance from CARE either. At no stage have they communicated with me any concerns unless I have asked them to after being alerted to the issues in Jan 25 from other parties. They have since tried to cover their arse in 2025 by giving me advise on what to do with my nonperforming cash balance and have blamed Venture Egg, tried to advise that I was never onboarded (even though I can prove that the fees were being paid to them) and more. They seem to have turned staff over with each milestone over the last 2 years with each one seemingly having to try navigate the growing issue. I am sure Rhys Reilly is drinking wine on his boat somewhere on the Swan River! Shame on you Reilly Financial.
