Unfriendly and outrageous. "The customer is king?" - that I don't laugh. In the warehouse / assembly there is no worker with whom one could communicate.

Inflexible. Not ready to find a quick fix.
Reifen Straub was always there for someone when things needed to go fast. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case.
I am more than disappointed and will consider in the future whether I will buy tires here again.
