If i could give negative reviews, I would. I have sent in the Coordination of Benefits form to Rehn at least 3 times but they have said for 6 months now that they haven't received it and reject all of my claims. Just another insurance company playing the game in order to not pay for medical costs.

Called in September and October 2016 to see when we would have insurance coverage through my spouse's work and was told it would start in December. When I called back in December I was informed that we didn't have insurance that month, but did have it in November. Wth? Are you kidding me??? Thanks for the heads up. "You'll be covered in January", I was informed. Greeeat! Thanks so much. Too late to go to the dr or dentist, but in order to save that .39 postage stamp to let us know the corerect date they waited. This place is a joke.

Unprofessional, they do not answer their phone, make you leave a message, and are extremely slow to return calls. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Employees are unprofessional and rude.

Have had to call them several times and the Lady who answers will lecture you on asking for the correct department in her preferred way every single time. When you talk to a service representative they are anywhere from friendly to cold and business like. I had the extreme misfortune to talk with a ferocious little guy named Dan last week who was rude, condescending, and unmanageable. He kept threatening to report me to his supervisor. In speaking with my HR department, they are very familiar with Dan, have had multiple personal and business conversations with him that were less than perfect. I will be attempting to reach Jared, Dan's supervisor soon and hope he will listen to our "recorded interaction". I am hoping fervently that our company finds a new FSA distributor soon!!!

These clowns are the worst. Kept asking for reciepts from different medical places I got therapy from. I have never had to submit a receipt to any of the other three FSA/HSA card companies I ve had the past 4 years. They even locked my debit card because I told them it was none of their business. I will submit directly to the IRS if requested. I have $36 left on my card and those scummy thieves refuse to unlock my card. Bunch of scamming low lifes! I stopped taking from my check pretax to fund these thieves! Steer clear of this outfit!

Fail to do basic things right for our HSA account. For heaven's sake they messed up our tax documents and we had to pay an accountant $300 to fix it. Don't offer checks, just a debit card. Website is bad. Customer service reps hit or miss(I've worked in call centers). Will be asking our company to switch.

Failed to send me COBRA paperwork until after my insurance had been cancelled. Amount on my first bill was inaccurate, so my coverage will not be reinstated until they receive a check for the difference ($15). Will not accept any payment other than a check in the mail. Meanwhile, my entire family has spent almost an entire month with no medical coverage. Unprofessional and unhelpful. My family deserves better.

Not a good experience dealing with these people. The time it takes them to process the deductions from your paychecks is too long. They deduct money from your paychecks and it is not available for reimbursement for weeks.

They completely messed up my insurance. 6 months they did not cancel my plan. They were terrible. They put me through a run around. They assured me it was taking care of multiple times and it never was.

Well, I wish I could give a better review, but since I am always getting locked out of their website, and 0 help from that quarter, (IT) and then transfered to speak to rep, instead got connected with another customer on hold. I Call back, put on hold and finally connected to someones voicemail, who isn't even in the office! What the heck?! I just want to know my HRA balance!!!

Worst company ever. They lie, and then they steal your money, and dont respond to emails or phone calls to rectify the situation. If you are a business looking for an FSA provider, don't even bother with them; start your own program with your employees, because they will screw your employees individually, and make you look bad. Consumers: start a new checking account and transfer money in there every pay check: thats way better than having an FSA through these criminals.

My employer has used Rehn & Associates for our health savings account. I downloaded their app - and it is convenient and easy to use - snap a picture of my receipt/EOB/bill and fill out a few details - the claim is submitted and funds are back in my account within a few days.

I'm really disappointed by all of the low star ratings. My husbands job has been with Rehn for over 8 years and we've never had a problem with them. Sally, with benefits has been helpful each time I've called.

It takes two to play the game. If you treat others with respect as you would want to be treated, eventually you'll be treated the same.

The people who you talk to in order to find out your HSA balance are not friendly. When I called to find out my balance they didn't say that my card is on hold waiting for documentation. I tried to make a payment and got declined even though I knew there was money on my account. I called back and the person said the other person didn't see the notice. I'm not sure why they wouldn't have warned me. The receptionist is friendly and you can hear her smile. The other workers need to take notes from the receptionist. Calling this place is unpleasant.
