heard there s unfairness from the supervisors here, they treat minorities like they are less. The scheduler lets you pick up then not put you on the schedule, supervisor Jordan is very rude and unprofessional, there s abuse that goes on here

This nursing doesn't know their job from HR to the Administrator. The staff did not know what Multi-state Licensure is. I realize this is geographically a REMOTE area for me coming from ATLANTA, Ga. It is hard for a WHITE person to say I don't know when you ask them a question.
I am a nurse and I have been hearing a lot of bad things about this place. Supervisor jordan is unprofessional and rude. Abuse was reported to her and nothing was done about it. The scheduler shana will let you pick up but not put you on the schedule. Shana also favorites certain people and does not let them float. Melissa bartling was reported for abuse but nothing was done about it and she continues to work there
I am a current employee and have been for over 20 years. I started as a CNA and worked up to a mangers position. There are several employees with 10+ years of service at RBJH. We often refer to our facility as "home" We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to keep our residents happy and healthy. I have had members of my own family in our facility for skilled care and could not have been happier. All facilities have those disgruntled previous employees that will create a "fake former employee" so they can give a review to bash the facility and the current employees. Come to RBJH and join our team and decide for yourself what a fantastic facility we are. We also have NEW competitive wages and have openings available on all shifts!!
We are and always will be the best Nursing Home in town, we have the best nursing staff, dietary staff and house keeping who are pleasent and helpful. We try to make our residents and their families comfortable and happy.
Incredibly unprofessional towards their employees in any time of inconvenience. CNAs spend a lot of time on their cell phones, even when lights are going off.
I'm writing from both a customer and employee point of view. Both of my grandparents lived at Rose Blumkin for a short while and they LOVED their caregivers. As a family, we were very pleased with the care they received. When I began working for the Jewish Federation, I mentioned to some of the staff that my grandparents lived there and even though it was only for a short time, the staff remembered and shared details of my grandparents. Many of the staff have been there 10+ years, which is exceptional compared to the general turnover of nursing care facilities.
