It s been two weeks since I tried to register a company here, and my journey here is like this.

Come in the morning get a ticket number and sit the whole day without been called by the lady at the counter and at 4pm they ask you to go home and come the following day to meet the same thing.
This is soo bad for a country, work here is not effective and efficient yet we complain of unemployment when people are willing to register a business, and employ people.

If it takes months to just go through the first stage of the registration process then where is the progress of this nation.

Today I decided to write this because I sat here from 9:00 and the lady at counter 5 s has been seeing to ticket number 19 and now it s 12:53 pm. Everyone here has left their jobs to be sitting here and just waiting.
Bad customer services.

Horrible, it took me up to an hour and half to access the main hall. The security at the main hall entrance we're horrible. Some were made to sit under a shed with numbers while others were readily given access. The security guard at the main hall gate should be reprimanded. The one who called the numbers was worse. He was always on phone. The security situation needs to be immediately addressed.

Had an issue with the online service but got things sorted out when I went there. The online service should be up and running.
They however delivered on their ten-bussines-days waiting period for registration of a business.

Its wasn't organised, workers rude , and even want people to beg them to work, very unprofessional
Personal relationships very poor, am sorry for my bad comments but it's TRUE. Workers hare to answer Customer or client questions or queries. I suggest, long service workers should be transferred to somewhere

Gosh. Ghana. Most of the processes should be online.
Spent 5+ hours just to get my forms verified. Had to go back the following day for the data entry and fee payment.

Don't start with me on social distancing. Just stay away unless it's really really necessary. Place is more crowded than a market place.

The staff.. The least said about them the better. The shouting, backdoor dealings...

Update: 07th July 2020... So I was directed to use their online platform for business name registration. I was able to reserve my business name but couldn't process payment. Entity registration portal was asking for TIN when there was no space to type it in. I give up. I'll pay someone else to go through this stress for me.
