Amazing school, offers broad experiences that my daughter will remember for a lifetime. I know she will be ready for college.

As a parent of a second young women going through the girls division, I can attest to the absolute difference that Regis has made, not only in both my daughters lives, but in mine and my wife's life as well. This is not a school for the student to go sit in different classrooms for an hour. At Regis, they expect participation from students. That s what makes it so special. Teachers are not glorified baby sitters trying to teach something. They actually get to teach, what a difference.
Regis has an exceptional college prep rigor and has the curriculum to challenge even a highly competitive uber-child through to graduation. I would say probably one of the top 5 schools in the state with regard to academic prowess.
As important and successful as their academic program is, more importantly is that by the time they are seniors, these young ladies have become incredibly loving and caring members of society. Wow, a young women with a brain, compassion and love in their heart...Sign me up!
For those parents with children in 7th, go to an open house. For those in 8th grade, have them shadow a freshman or sophomore for a day. "Men and Women With and For Each Other". It will probably be the best money I have ever invested in my children s education. We are very blessed the school is here!

Worst place in the world for a swim meet. For a private school they have thier pool in a doom bubble with zero parking nearby for wet swimmers leaving (or anyone else including handicapped) and a few benches for spectators and swimmers to share. Most get stuck jammed around the entrance trying to see.

I am an RJ Girls Division alum from the Class of 2013 and did not enjoy my Regis experience at first. Looking back now, though, I can fully appreciate what a great school RJHS is. The teachers are fantastic, the staff and faculty are helpful and kind, the students are much nicer than what you will often find in public or non-religious schools. The retreats are great experiences and I made the most amazing friends at Regis. I am proud to say that I attended Regis Jesuit High School!

Our daughter was in the first graduating class for the Girls Division.
This is a school that delivers on the promise to provide a rigorous academic environment. They set high standards for students in all their programs, academic, arts, athletics, and they exceed them.
I also believe that their expectation that parents get involved has a lot to do with the overall excellence. Another example of small schools exceeding expectations. They spend considerably less per student and still outperform public schools. The next time school districts ask for more money, ask why? It is not a given that students get a better education where more money is spent. Look at the public school stats from 1970 to 2010. Reading, math, and science scores have declined steadily.

I am currently a student at regis jesuit and i love it i transferred from a public school and find the school so much more challenging academically they really get you ready for college my only complaint is the traffic to pick up and drop off so i would suggest dropping your child off close to the school then they walk the rest

Wonderful experience. Take the AP classes, join clubs freshman year and stick with them for four years. Walsweer, Bruno, Rinner, Rogers, McPhee, Malsalm, and the Jesuits are personal favorite teachers. Sign up for Theology Seminar senior year, it's a life changing course. Go to the football games and social events. It's a block schedule with alternating days, 85 minute classes, 35 minute break between 1st and 3rd, 10 min between 2nd and 3rd, then 55 minutes for lunch before going to fourth. LT4, brothers.
