Patricia Glancy won t help your family even after seeing photographic evidence of negligence and abuse. Larry Landauer is even worse; he was condescending and inconsiderate on the phone. I m praying the state will hold them accountable for this horrific behavior.
You'll find lots of helpful services here. They're the reason my children with autism got the help they required and I'll always be grateful. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I love Regional Center they help me find good opportunities to work and they put me with good will
Very good Dany Escobedo very kind thanks x if it helps
The Regional Center workers write fraudulent reports on behalf of their clients. They will make wrongful recommendations to the courts if you are trying to obtain conserverships- many are racist. They are the worse people in history that will ruin the relationships of family, take your children away from you and place them in a bug infested environment with staff that isn t licensed by the state to get molested or rape by unlicensed employees. There services aren t worth obtaining. Don t rely on them, they are problematic. It is best that you pay for your own services through private sectors then rely on these people. Al they do is use all what you ve told them on confidential in reports to make you as if you are crazy, and takes your children away from you when they reach a legal adult age. None of their contracted vendors with the regional center are licensed. Many of their vendors have stated to me on the phone that they obtain there group homes, foster parents, from Craig list which are unlicensed.
I like to go to the regional center on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. instead.
Very good program for disable people. Has a lot to office for them.
So good at helping me with my child I love this place very knowledgeable
My two & a half year old was diagnosed with Autism and was recommended to start ABA services with this facility, which is sponsored by the Tobacco Company.
My experience has been Good. My intake service worker was Mrs. Carmelita S & she was amazing. She was patient & very understanding of my situation. She went through my intake form, met my daughter, took all the necessary documentations & processed me through, on to the next step.
This facility - takes all your information and finds what outside resources would be able to provide your child with the services specified with your their particular needs. However, before that happens your child gets evaluated by the outside facilities.
Thereafter they determine what your child gets approved for. Once that gets approved, it takes about 3 weeks to find who can provide the services. It all was done within a month & a half. T.A.S.Kids has been who was assigned to my daughter & I have only heard & viewed great things about them.
My daughter has just begun & I wanted to thank those who helped me get her started.
I haven't been there for awhile it's still a great place
Really a bad experience.
Be careful with the regional center when your son or daughter turn 18th years old.
First they never told me of services that my son needed.
They only offers me parent consult for years instead of 1 to 1 ABA services for my son.
When I asked for ABA services for my son they made 100 excuses and did not provided services.
Not only that, when my son turn 18th and I applied for the Conservatorship they send a confusing report in opposition without proof of anything.
They supposed to be there to provide services for our children's in need but sometimes they do the opposite.
My son has autism and do not fully understand the dangers outside but they don't care.
Be careful with what you share with your social worker, they will use it against you , they also made up things that you never said.
RCOC has been a great help getting my young daughter in a better position to begin school. Thanks for all you've done!
This place helps me more than I could ever give credit to. I cannot be more thankful that place is like this exist to help people like me. If I could give more than five stars I would. The service coordinators go out of their way to help anyone in need.
Because of the lack of homes in the O.C. area and the high prices of home, the case workers have to over look the horrible homes that take care of the disable. Most home will hire anyone for a cheap price, and most of these help are so inexperience that they cause more harm than good. There should be a caps on how long one person should hold a license to house disable people. Also the government should allow more business to open facilities (Like Apple Valley) to care for the disable.
Excellent place. Clean, professional, and children services are great.
This program is greatest place for people with disability just like me.
Regional centers for disabled people that need help they're really good there and they help pull out if you don't have a place to live they help you find a
