Exceptional staff! Perfect location! Best breakfast we've ever experienced (in a hotel). Helen and her team are simply amazing. We stayed one week and the service across the board was consistent. Simply marvelous! We are already planning our next trip.
We came here for our honeymoon and booked a junior suite as there were no honeymoon suites available. However on arrival we were upgraded to a honeymoon suite. The rooms are compact but v clean. The balcony had a dining table, sun loungers and a hot tub. This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the fantastic sunsets. Unlike many of the suites in the area these rooms are not overlooked by passers-by. Would recommend these apartments amd the breakfast is well stocked amd fresh.
Beautiful hotel to stay-in for wedding guests. The hotel is situated in Imerovigli, Santorini. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. The best place to view sunset over Oia.
The room we used has jacuzzi with a view.
The staff were quite friendly and supportive.

Absolutely stunning view from our room s terrace! Watched the incredibly beautiful sunset from our caldera panoramic view terrace nightly. Staff were so wonderful in every way! Food was excellent. Memorable, completely enjoyable experience!
Perfect location without passing tourists! The view is sensational and especially the deluxe rooms have their own private terrace which invites you to enjoy! An excellent breakfast buffet, which you can take to the room completes the brilliant overall impression perfectly!
Amazing views but rooms are a bit dated and run down
Beautiful hotel, best view in the morning and at night we had room 16. Our favorite. You have to walk a lot. In general, the island is not necessarily child-friendly or suitable for wheelchair users or people who are restricted. Also at the hotel there are many stairs but many beautiful viewpoints but it is definitely worth it
I booked the transfer from the airport but nobody showed up to pick us up, luckily we know a little English and we managed to take a shuttle. With a little difficulty we arrived at the hotel and the lady wanted to put us in a simpler room, different from the one booked. Dirty room, bathroom smelled like sewage, I claimed the stink and cleanliness but they didn't fix anything. The only good thing is the view and the breakfast. I regretted having booked in Imerovigli, I recommend an overnight stay in Oia, much more lively, more lively and more shops.

This hotel, like many of the hotels in Imerovigli is on the west coast of the Island with breath-taking views. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite which was just about the nicest room we'd ever stayed in. Perfectly clean, modern, private, quiet, secluded. Hot tub on the private balcony overlooking the amazing Caldera.
What sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. They were the most welcoming, helpful, considerate, kind hotel staff we had ever met, right down to the personal touch of knowing our names right from the first night.
Many people say that Oia is the place to be, but we found it to be crowded and busy. Not what people tend to go to Santorini for. I lovely day trip but I would recommend Imerovigli to stay 100%!
Kind and helpful staff. Extraordinarily breathtaking view. No wheelchair access - navigate a long and steep stairway to reach the hotel.

We were welcomed very warmly to the hotel by the hotel manager and her staff. Our room in this 20 roomed hotel was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast was a real treat each day containing many individual local dishes by hard working chefs. Purchased drinks were brought by staff to our sunbeds or to the balcony outside our room. We felt incredibly well looked after in this lively quiet hotel set on the hillside in this very beautiful setting.
The view is incredible. There is a beautiful terrace with a small pool. Silence . Peace It is recommended for adults. Safe did not work and there are few TV channels

The room being on the same level as the solarium must be kept closed and it remains dark. It is better to stay on the other floors. Very varied and quality buffet breakfast

The room is great, Wi-Fi fix, even if it occasionally wobbles and the lunch or dinner neat. The breakfast is better. In a small space, but everything.
The view is spectacular, especially with its own jacuzzi.
We were here in October. As it gets at breakfast and in the evening plenty of fresh. Long pants and jacket recommended.
Went to the transport of luggage is depending on the amount and weight recommended, since it goes from the Droppoff but quite a bit over bumpy and narrow question footpaths.
A supermarket is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) and this Fira can also be reached on foot.
Overall, Santorini should be good for walking anyway, to get along with the paths, stairs and climbs.
Oh yes, the sunset is spectacular.
Great hotel in the middle of the caldera with the best view of a great sunset. The staff is very friendly, always present and absolutely helpful. Cool pool and delicious breakfast. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place. On the day of departure we were allowed to stay in the room for 3 hours longer during the checkout time, which is also worth mentioning.
Standard rooms small. For the high price you pay they should improve in the breakfast service and run the hotel in many small details that eventually make the difference
This hotel is in a quiet and private location in Imerovigli-Santorini. It has the most amazing views and beautiful sunsets. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are perfectly clean and the meals pretty decent.
It is a walking distance from Fira which has many nice restaurants and pretty much everything.
We stayed here for two nights in mid May 2019 and enjoyed every moment of it. The honeymoon suite is my favourite.
