Regents Glen Review

A crazy thing happened while apartment hunting on a Saturday post-yoga class! I was not looking to buy a home but rather searching for a place that I could rent for a year or two as I transition back into the area from Pittsburgh. When I entered the model home to seek out the possibility of a rental in the community, Tom s friendly greeting and persistent question- why do you want to rent- caused me to pause and ask, Why do I want to buy? In my mind, I had a timeframe I needed to meet and certain parameters that seemed non-negotiable. Tom and his team, from Amy to Jake and everyone in between, far exceeded my expectations and exhibited significant patience with all my questions. I am still amazed at how smoothly this transition into my new home has been for me. The team was responsive, kept me informed each step of the way, and followed-up to make sure everything was going well. I look forward to establishing myself in this beautiful community. I had the awesome pleasure to work with Denise Fisher at Ryan Homes at Regents Glen! I haven't experienced such awesome customer service like she provided me with in a very long time! I would give her 10 stars if I could! She made it very easy to make the decision to purchase a home from Ryan Homes!

I was extremely impressed with Denise. She spent so much time with with my husband and I as we navigated through the process of purchasing a home. Denise provided one of the best customer experiences I had in a very long time. She was detailed, attentive, friendly, and honest. She responded quickly to every email and phone call. I am so thankful my husband and I had the opportunity to work with her and she is one of the best!

If you are looking for a company with integrity... go elsewhere! We received an offer on 3/14 that if we wrote an offer by 3/17 our cost would be $228,990. When we asked to write that agreement on 3/17, we were told that the agreement was old and no longer valid and the same unit would now cost us $232,990. Their explanation? 2 homes sold in 2 weeks so that caused a $5k price increase. So Ryan homes refuses to write the contract so they didn t have to honor the price. Shady business practices all around - Tom over promises and under delivers (telling us at 9am that we were good to go and at 2pm the same day saying he got reemed out by his supervisor and could no longer write a contract for that price).

This should be a pleasant experience and instead shows why Ryan Homes has the reputation is does if you google Facebook groups and lawsuits against the company. Do your homework and believe what you read and it is all reputable news sources that can be referenced.
