Regent Hotel Kuala Lumpur Review

Everything was just the way it should be. Clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff, availability of necessities, all was perfect. Breakfast is reasonable too. The only and a small problem that you might find discomforting is the smell you feel as soon as you come out of the hotel lobby. The hotel has Chowkit market very close to it, which always has a mix of smells coming from meat, fish, durian, etc. But, at the end, it's only outside the hotel. Overall, The Regency is now on my list of perfect hotels in KL.

The Regency hotel KL is a wonderful Hotel in Malaysia. It's situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Very convenance to purchase everything as just infornt of chowkit market

The location is OK, the hotel may be tired a bit, but the cleanliness from the lobby to the rooms is good. Lobby is sparking and the hotel is truly blessed to have Ms.Flora and a leader and Mr.Loga, the housekeeper. Their attention to details during our stay was impressive and able to deliver effectively. A good hotel for family and weekend stay.

Sweet place... You can arrange any party...last week i arrange birthday party for my girl...

Parking for hotel located at the 6th floor. Check in process is VERY SLOW. So did house keeping. I have to check in at 6pm because my room is, still not ready. The reception patron is polite though. The room is quite old, a little smelly and air conditioning not cold enough at 16th floor but the room is clean. No iron inside room. They have ironing room. Wifi cannot connect. This hotel located in front of wet market and a row of vegetable and food stalls.

Room quite clean and spacious but old rusty kettle should be replaced or at least prepare a water dispenser. Should improve security as rooms can be accessed directly via lift. Love the most is the awesome breakfast and location near the market where you can get various fresh produce.

Lacks hospitality and bathroom had issues. Other than that, it's fine. And if you want to watch tv, you are going to be disappointed. I could not watch my beloved Premier League games.

The hotel is very large and the hotel room is quite clean and comfortable. It has a pretty good swimming pool and some outdoor sports courts.

Hotel nice look but the car parking very worst. Hall and nice and the view , motor not have proper place and very scary the looks. Some floor cnot across the place to lobby as well.

Hotel already no operating since Nov 20, but still received order in hotel booking system. Waste time. Please updated. Need to cancel order and waiting for refund. Problem who already booked then cannot stay.
