I went for.a job interview but.found them.to be very professional and felt excited about joining them.

If you are reading this, I would strongly avoid this security company as it is one of the worst companies to work for out there. From not paying you to missing hours and chasing up your own money could be really frustrating especially when you have worked all night to find out you haven t been paid or not on time. They just keep telling you someone will call back and no one ever does. Worked a shift at the beginning on January and it s nearly mid February and still haven t been paid. Really poor staff, area managers and all those who are involved (90% of them) NEVER AGAIN!!! we deserve better.

Immensely unprofessional security personnel! Employees 16 and 46 especially. There was a man whose partner was being grabbed and felt up, man went into knock the guy off of her... security personnel immediately rushed in and put the man in a choke hold. Bloody disgusting. They let the other guy off. All they care about is getting some action, cause they re all wannabe cops

A lovely team in the head office, very friendly and hard working. I have been at Regency for about 6 months and would recommend it to anyone thinking to apply.

A company that denies medical care for the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia. I would not hire their service.

Worked for the company for years and had some time off with personal issues. Came back worked a shift and was told to get my 40 quid that I would now have to be a sole trader from being PAYE. And fill out another
job application??

I have 24 years in this industry and work as and when I'm required. I will not work for this company again. They treat everyone badly and their quality of staff leaves something to be Desired AVOID!!!

Very poor management and many lies. The rates are also not very encouraging in a future perspective.
