I recently had an experience with this company and overall, I would say it was average. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating, but there were a few issues that, I believe, could have been addressed better. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, when it came to the care provided, there were a few hiccups. The facility was clean and well-maintained, but sometimes there were delays in responding to requests. The communication could have been better too. It took longer than expected to get updates on my loved one's condition. On the positive side, the amenities were nice and the location was convenient. If they can improve their response time and communication, it would greatly enhance the overall experience for patients and their families.
