Terrible office staff, extremely rude and act like any small request is impossible.

This place is a joke. I lived here for 1.5 years and was so happy to find a HOUSE to rent mid lease. Gate never worked, compactor was always full, the two little ponds in front always looked gross, the pool area was never clean covered with leaves, the laundry mat had some seriously old machines and the maintenance guys had this obnoxiously loud 90's toyota pickup that they would rev up and haul ass around the complex. Do not let the reasonable rent fool you.

I hate living here. If I did not have to pay a HUGE fee for braking the lease, I would move in a heartbeat! It's disgusting. The gate doesn't work ( and hasn't worked in over 2 years!!) so everyone can come and go and dump their trash in the compactor...which is ALWAYS broken, so now its infested with HUGE RATS!!.. oh yeah and the smell is awful! The outside of my apartment is falling apart, nothing gets fixed and no one cares. But heaven forbid the rent be 6 hours late! I got a notice to pay rent at 12:00 noon on the 1st... REALLY?! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

They need to spend some of the money I pay in rent to fix the damn entrance gate and the huge puddle that develops in the road when it rains.

It's a joke here. They don't care about their customers/ residents. Rent may be reasonable but it's not worth your frustrations. Go elsewhere.

SCAM first they showed us the model apartment and told us that our apartment is going to look the exact same, but we didn't get to see it because she claimed they're working on it at the time. On the moving in day we first got to see it and it did not look like the one she showed us. They didn't change the carpet it had stains all over it. The refrigerator was old and broke down within a month, the shower was broken there was water going every where and the bathroom celling was leaking. We had to go to my moms to just take showers. After 2 or 3 months the AC broke down in the middle of the night and it was 85 degrees inside so we called the emergency maintenance and he came after he was upset on the phone like it was my fault and charged the AC and left, that didn't last but 2 days and broke again. The whole living experience was horrible. The office ladies were rude and liars.

I would like a contact number for someone higher then the office staff, and manager. I am a current long term tenant, and I am very disappointed..

We absouletly love our new apartment home. The staff is amazing and has gone above and beyond to help me and my family. The manager Stephanie and her entire staff are extremley professional and nice. The apartments are very spacious and the neighborhood is very peaceful..

I have lived here for about 6 months and I would recommend. I ve had a few maintenance issues however they were always handled in a timely manner. It s true the gates do not work however I ve never had or heard of a problem with crime here. You get what you pay for and in comparison to other apartments in this location the rent is reasonable.

Worst apartment complex in Mobile, AL. Trying to get ahold of the management is next to impossible. They will ruin your credit over a mistake they made and won't be willing to do anything. You can see the other reviews and make your own decision. They do the bare minimum for an apartment complex.

If 1 Star wasn t a requirement to rate I wouldn t give them any! Our A/C is broken for like the 5th time since we ve been living here, which has only been a year. Not to mention ALL of the other things that break down constantly, like the broken water main in front of our window that s constantly running and attracting frogs and insects. The office staff does nothing, maintenance sucks (for lack of a better term), and I would not recommend living here at all.

There is mold in the apartment which caused part of the ceiling to fall in. Have called apartment management several times their solution was to tack up a piece of plastic over the hole. 18 days since the first call from us. Lets see how they respond when the health department and the epa are contacted. No worries my grandmother used to work for the epa and my aunt is a judge and my uncle is a lawyer. Breathing in mold is a health and welfare issue. Staff is clueless. Lets see if the management company responds. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They know what apartment this is the repairs better start Thursday or I will contact every agency I can and begin litigation.

I personally just signed my lease with this complex at a very reasonable price. The office staff was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this complex!!!! Or at least come see what they have to offer!

Scam . The ladies at the office lied to me and deceived me . I moved down here for college . I was looking at a couple different places and ran across regency gates apartments. Because of the rent prices and the fact that I m in college and low on cash I explained to the ladies in the office that I would pursue other options first . I was told to hold the apartment for 72 hours I had to set up an account and attach a card , they didn t tell me that it would charge me a 60$ application fee for a application I never completed . It s been 2 months now and the office will not refund my money .

Why do y'all Apartments cost so much it's ridiculous if your going pay 900 a month are 1,000 a month u mite as well get a house . I don't see how people live there it's a wast of money . U going spend that much to rent u can be smart and do rent to own!!!
