Doesn't smell as bad as De Mulder's used to but it's not far behind.
Very surprised to see ReFood rated so low, in my experience working with them they've never delivered anything less than 5 stars every-time. They staff are very friendly, personable and are always willing to go the extra mile! A perfect partner for any business.
Been delivering waste food here on behalf of and independent food retailer for a few years now. Lads on the forklift are always quick and polite. Never had an issue. A few of the comments on here are a bit harsh. Cant judge a company by the drivers. And of course it smells, they process other people's waste food in anabolic digesters! It's worse in summer than winter for obvious reasons.
ReFood are superb, excellent customer service and bins collected on time whenever we have it scheduled. Turning our food waste into renewable energy is environmentally friendly and helps keep food waste out of landfill sites, so we signed up immediately. Cheaper than our last waste collection agency too, so there wasn't much to think about when we were first contacted by their (very good I must say) Sales Rep in Sheffield.
Staff are angry and abusive. Try running you off the road when they are in the wrong and think they can get away with it. I dont agree with being abused by your drivers!
