ReEntry House provided me with guidance and assistance during my re-entry process. I found their services to be satisfactory and their staff to be knowledgeable. However, there is still room for improvement in certain areas. Overall, decent experience.

I recently used ReEntry House for their services and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was helpful in guiding me through the process, but I felt that they could have provided more support. Overall, it was an average experience.

I was sent to this facility to help me go back into the community after being put in the hospital. The staff promised an extra months stay to help me get back on my feet, then took that privilege away. I give this place two stars because it is not a place that supports mental illness and mental wellbeing. Some people are allowed program extensions, but as for me, I was forced to leave. If you have a mental illness I would recommend taking the time to find the right place for you. The only way I could have survived a place like this is because I found the right people that support who I am.
This organization is unfortunately managing my GRH Funding by the County and unfortunately, there is almost no way to transfer this to another organization without becoming homeless again.
I'm only able to communicate with Lynda or Anthony. Anthony, a "driver" is inept as someone who can interact with someone who suffers from mental illness (I have PTSD, am Bipolar, among other things). In the first hour I had to meet with Anthony, he was verbally abusive and dismissive, and ridiculed the importance of as well as my attachment to my companion/emotional support animal.
I have been unable to do laundry in-house for the year I have been in my apartment because facilities are forever being renovated, thereby forcing me to haul my laundry to laundromats (the closest being 2 miles away). I am unable to afford the laundry, and am forced to hand wash, resulting in skin rashes and irritations due to inability to properly rinse and dry.
They have violated HIPAA of another of their clients by leaving HER paperwork under MY door. When I alerted them, I was told it was "...just a mistake." I let them know that as the assistant to the Compliance Officer at my former employer, I knew a little about what a breach was.
They should be avoided at all costs. Unprofessional, and unqualified, beware!
And I am open to discussing this with anyone who needs further clarification.
