Since a few weeks I now work for my company Studio SIlle with Reeleezee. I wanted to get a good overview of my income and expenses, link my business bank account, send my invoices and actually 'let it roll out as much information as possible'. This is all possible with Reeleezee. The program offers an enormous amount of possibilities and works fairly intuitively. Where I did not know how and what, the help desk was there to help me further with thorough advice. I think it's a must! Whether you have a large or small company: Reeleezee really helps to keep the overview and to monitor it. I can continue this for years.

Quetzal is a franchise that had already made the choice for the POS system and accounting. As a former IT person, I am very pleased with the user-friendliness of the Cashr and Reeleezee. The accounting package behind the cash register works very easily. I can also easily run reports and view which products are running fast or for which we should make more promotion. Recently I use an iPad Mini so that we can also take orders at the table, which saves considerably in time. No more cash register / accounting system for me.

This review is about Reeleezee Mobile. The other versions are almost impossible to use on modern internet browsers.

Reeleezee mobile is a product under development that logically still has much to improve on. However, a few things can easily be improved and will greatly increase user-friendliness. However, this is not done.

An example:

Keeping grouping choices and sorts in list views. Mentioned countless times during phone calls and emails, but there are seemingly more important things than building in something as simple as persistent views of lists of data.

It does not matter which overviews: Subscriptions, Invoices, Quotations etc all fall back to the standard A-Z view when you click an item open and go back. With Subscriptions it is not even possible to group by customer.

BLOOD IRRITANT.

I expect a modern product like Reeleezee to remember my choices at least during the session. Now (example) of 19 subscriptions I need to change the contact in this way:

1. Choose subscriptions;
2. Sort by customer (Now standard by number, nowhere else used!). Actually sorting takes two clicks in a dialogue;
3. Scroll to / click on customer subscription (Remember which I have already done);
4. Change the necessary data;
5. Click on the cross to close the subscription;

Next, go back to step 1.

UNWAYABLE.

Why can't I browse the subscriptions (Also applies to other items) (Previous / Next)? Why not a group view? I often have to work in one customer's data (I know I can search, but I have to do that every time I come back in the list).

There are so many things that are not yet good, but it would already make a big difference for the first-degree experience if the matters that negatively affect user-friendliness were resolved.

I have been a customer for over 8 years but I feel the need to switch to a different package!

Terrible company have always used the software at expos this year because of Corona no trade shows can run so temporarily suspended the subscription due to the Covid-19 situation. Now I need my accounting from last year and then I have to pay 250 euros for an it specialist to retrieve my own one year accounting from their system + take out a subscription just to get my own figures for accounting bizarre for words this

Reeleezee is set up as an internet application and...

Reeleezee is set up as an internet application and not converted from a client-server application. You notice that in use, you are not tired with tight accounting cards and rules. The support is also super good. I would say tailor-made and human with an eye for the entrepreneur's problems. Joost and Ruben will talk to you nicely and adjust the program yourself if they consider your opinion relevant.
Furthermore, Reeleezee is an affordable program that actually fits everything, a VVE, an association, a BV or sole trader.
A very nice product and I hope it will be even better.

I have been a customer at Reeleezee for several years and have seen the development. For me, Reeleezee is perfect because of the handy links (invoices are forwarded via email to real sea which they automatically recognize, reelee is linked to my webshop and orders are automatically processed and invoices are created, my bank is linked and soon that link will be extended further). Because of this I spend a maximum of 1 hour per month on my administration and I am always with. In addition, the support is really fantastic! So far, always fast and well helped with every question I had.

Reeleezee offers an ingenious program based on your incoming & outgoing cash flows, in my case 100% through the bank. For those parts where you are still inexperienced, the help desk offers an excellent solution! I was helped very professionally and with pleasure.
The automatic reading of invoices and receipts saves a lot of hassle and saves a lot of time! It took me little time to set up the administration and actually let it run. And the costs are also acceptable. Super! I am very happy with your product!

Excellent internet accounting program for laymen and advanced users. For laymen it is advisable to call in an expert, because you have to have the necessary knowledge and experience if you want to do the whole process of accounting until the year end with Reeleezee. Furthermore, Reeleezee is constantly developing and they are making improvements in their internet accounting program. This is not without a struggle that I read back in the previous reviews, I agree partly with that, but who wants to be beautiful must lead pain is a familiar proverb. Despite the difficult improvements / developments, Reeleezee continues to develop and is a great internet accounting program that I can recommend to everyone.

I have been a Reeleezee customer for more than 5 years and I think that the whole of the Netherlands should know that this is the WORST bookkeeping program on the market! The owner of this company must be VERY DEEP ashamed and continues year after year to implement the restrictions in his own software!

It is that our entire accounting system is running on this and we have become dependent on it daily. But you do not want this, your company!

For quality you definitely do not have to be at Reeleezee.

For everyone who starts, has been in business for a while or has a larger company. Reeleezee is very pleasant to use, offers the necessary options and functions. The support is very good: there is always occupation and if you get stuck you can always call them. The new app is an asset. Everything under an icon on your phone. I recommend Reeleezee.

Use the Reeleezee accounting package for a few years now (for my son his administration). Very user-friendly .... and when I have a question at the help desk I am always dealt with professionally and extensively (plus patiently). Ruben Koek a very friendly employee,

The administration and invoice module work easily ...

The administration and invoice module work easily and quickly as soon as you are at home. Making a lay-out for an invoice is difficult as it deviates a lot from the standard Reeleezee templates. Excellent support from the helpdesk.
The pricing is disadvantageous if you have a lot of small businesses.

Great package. Use it now for three years and you get better and better. Simple link with my bank details and recently a new innovation; the link with the tax authorities for the VAT return. You can now pay the declaration immediately via iDeal. It couldn't be easier.
Recently had a problem with the import of the Rabo, the very professional help desk helped me a lot. Thanks for that.

Allprint has been a very satisfied Reeleezee customer for years. We are a modern company that strives to have the most efficient administration possible. In addition, we want to have automated as much as possible. Thanks to the Reeleezee API, we have automatically booked sales invoices from our custom made administration package. We have even linked the API of Mollie to the API of Reeleezee so that we no longer have work to check off ideal payments against the payment. Furthermore, Reeleezee is a nice company to have contact with, we have occasional telephone contact. Employees are usually very well informed about the technical and accounting options. I wanted to try another module and requested a different trial account. Just looked around and decided that we would stick with our old package until the end of the year. After a month, a double and higher invoice immediately followed. When I called for clarification, the salesman shot Pieter directly out of his shoe. As a company customer, I have never been treated so rude and unprofessional. I own a B2B company and would never deal with my customers like that.

I do hrm which is the opposite of using your brain for numbers. Maths I can do something with that, but accounting? I have been working with reeleezee for 6 years now. Bookkeeping for dummies is very easy and the help desk is always willing to explain something more than just the software package.

We have switched to Reeleezee since a few weeks with our accounts and so far it works super. Online accounting is user-friendly and convenient. And if you can not figure out something, the helpdesk is easily accessible and very friendly and knowledgeable. We are happy with it.

Since the new version, the product is very unclear...

Since the new version, the product is very unclear, and no longer intuitive. Everything feels unclear and is in a place where you don't expect it.
But the big problem for me is that there are a lot of bugs in the new package. It doesn't feel off!
Every month when making bookings I get annoyed with mistakes and problems. The big disadvantage is that you do not switch to another package because of the history, otherwise I would have gone long ago.
In the past, Reeleezee stood for innovation and fun innovations, now it seems more like keeping the current functions and technical innovation instant, which is more necessary because the old version on Silverlight is no longer supported.

We have enjoyed accounting at Reeleezee for years. After wandering over to another program (oh well, it won't matter that much) we found out how great the program is. Happy again. Reeleezee is intuitive, easy, clear. The service is also very personal and good.

Does not do what it promises. Not user friendly. Not easy. Linking with benches is not stable (and if you have problems with it you will be sent from the cupboard to the wall).

But the big problem: you can't leave, you have been stuck with it for 6 years.

There is no possibility to export your invoices and administration. This means that you must keep a subscription until the retention obligation ends. Now Reeleezee has decided to ask 6 euros per month per administration until the retention obligation ends! So 72 euros a year or 432 euros !!!

In 2006 we started with Kickerkindermode and then we immediately started with Reeleezee.

My brother Frans Romkema from Romkema Online helped us with starting up our administration and that was the online package from Reeleezee because he works with it himself and is very satisfied with it.

For us it was a very accessible program, especially if you start your own company, it involves a lot and it is nice to have a program that works easily for both of us.

I run the store and do the buying / selling and work a lot in the cash program and my husband does the rest of the accounting and works a lot in the banking program.

Especially the printouts per month are very clear and so we can work more efficiently and see what costs we can still print and you can see what could be improved in terms of purchasing so that is very useful in the future to really do something with it.

Reeleezee has a very good helpdesk that has all the patience and can easily watch you by logging in and that way you can't do anything wrong.

It is a very user-friendly online accounting program for everyone.

We would recommend it to anyone.

Package contains too many things that do not work properly, this means that Reeleezee is certainly not worth 60 euros per month. Have been using it for 1 year now, but I'm sorry I switched to this package.

The people of Reeleezee have helped me fantastic with the transition from the classic to the mobile version. Every question or point of feedback has been properly addressed. I am not completely satisfied with the (new) product itself. There are things that work less fine than before and functions that are missing, there seems to be improvement here so I wait in excitement!

For years I took the scan function for a lot of money, it only worked half and adjustments to the mask are not done. Also resent that you do not get any notification of a rejected scan, you think that the administration is, with some exceptions, complete, but half appears to be gone.
The app was also such a pointless project for a long time, no idea what the idea behind it was.
In the meantime I am busy testing other packages, unfortunately I am still bound to a Reeleezee subscription for years, because also for maintaining an administration for which I have already paid 6477 in the last 12 years, there are now costs for calculated.
