DO NOT buy a car here. They are scammers. I went in for a car I saw online and they raised the price 10,000 more than what I went in there for. I was there for 6 hours and when I left with the car the car salesman wouldn t tell me why the Apple car play wasn t working. I had to go back 2 days later because my brakes sounded awful. HORRIBLE place

Got there a little after 8 am for problems I was having with car I purchased recently. They took my car rite away. I was not told what was going on with the car until about 1pm only after inquired about it. Nobody said a word about it the whole time. I was told that the noise I heard come from car was the brakes. So it took almost 5 hours to change brakes and rotors. Then I was told around 2:30 that was not problem and that wheel bearing was the problem and it would be another 1 1/2 till my car was done. At about 4:30 car was finally done. So it took them 8 hours to change brakes and wheel bearing and guess what still hear noise that I came in to fix. My wife called service after she found out from me what was going on and she to did not have a pleasant experience. I wasted a whole day and had to cancel a cardiologist appointment to fix a problem that I am not sure is fixed. When I first test drove car I told salesman that car didn't feel rite in front of car and he had it checked and said it was rust on rotors and was fixed. This was a very unpleasant experience and very disappointing. Not sure what happened but I am very unhappy. I hope they fixed what they say they did because noise is still there and I have feeling I will be back for problem again. I should not of had to waste a whole day for this to be fixed. Hope I didn't buy a car that is going to be problems.

They sold me a certified pre-owned car with bad tires. It failed inspection for the tires. When I complained they just re-inspected it fudging the original tread numbers to cover up the fact they ripped me off.

Only one star because the lady at the service window tried her best to help. First of all, had to wait a month and half for this appointment. Drove from Philadelphia, PA to Langhorne, PA for a scheduled tune up only to be told that they did not have the parts for it. A dealership that does not have the parts for a tune up for a jeep. A jeep that I bought from them.
