Very good place great customer service special thank to Bell desk staff
Red Rock Casino turned out to be one of the most safest casino to be in.....I compared it to to Cesars chain of Casinos on the strip which had NO glass barriers on the table games whatsoever. Red Rock took the time and effort to make sure it was a safer environment for it s patrons.
signed up joined left all my data. haven't heard Squat. This hotel obviously does not want my company business.
Great Staff and good customer servuce everytime I visit. We love to grab dinner and partake in some light gambling afterwards. Nice neighborhood casino.
First visit. Really nice casino with a great number of dining options. Also a non smoking section and a large sports book.
Super fun and great casino... buffet selection could have been better
Stopped in to Red Rock to catch a movie and really enjoyed how modern and clean the hotel and casino were. The theater was nice, though they might consider upgrading to the popular recliner seats. I'll definitely return.
I was in Red Rock Casino for Hyundai National Field 2020. Let's talk about lobby and room. First impression was really good. Great lobby and reception with some contemporary arts works. The entrance has red light and when you stay inside lobby it looks red outside. Elevator was not really new but it was ok. It could be better. I want to mention here that you need to walk more between casino elevator and last room on each floor. It means if you do not want to walk a lot you should ask them to give you a room near to elevator. Honestly room was really clean, big and modern. The room renovatioed and it had everything I needed. Two queen beds for only one person! I could jump from one to other one. I did not! You have mini bar inside room but you should pay for them if you want to use it. Internet speed was not bad but as techie guy I prefer better speed. If you want better speed you need to get VIP package. Casino was nice and clean and most of game machines were new. I know Red Rock Casino is far from Las Vegas Strip but if you want to go Vegas with your girlfriend or boyfriend or family just for enjoy and relaxing and also if you have business meeting, it is a great option because you can stay at resort and enjoy it!
Casino was clean and people were friendly - whats not to like!
- I could not give the Casino a "very good" as I didn't spend anymore than 10 minutes there as we were waiting for Lucille's to open.
I would certainly like to spend more time there and give a more thorough review.
Very luxurious and relaxing. After having been in the strip the previous night, I could not relax until I got to red Rock. So beautiful. I love how the hotel is totally separate from the casino... And your not forced to walk by slot machines to get in and out. Also they don't Gouge you everywhere. If a drink is pricy, they're putting topshelf liquor in. The hotel room set the mood right and the bath tub is big enough for 2, fairly comfortably.
I went to the Regal Theaters at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa with my family last night because it's close to home. It was nice because the theater wasn't packed nor was it dirty. The rest of the casino is pretty normal and is one frequented by locals who live in the area.
Spacious room and smoke free lots of activities for families and friends or larger group restaurant is good to love the place I will keep coming back to experience the fun highly recommend.
Felt like I was in a prison. I understand times are tough now but didn't like their approach. Also very hard to get a drink if you don't gamble.
Waited in line for over 2 hours and when we got into the buffet the food was not at all great. Very disappointed
Enjoyed the movie theater, very clean and also very professional employees. Afterwards enjoyed Fat burgers. The food court couldn't be more attractive.
Great place to stay! It's beautiful to stay, but the current staff can come off as a bit rude. Otherwise, I would've given a 5 star review
Absolutely loved the view of Red rock canyon from my room
Great Casino and Restaurants. Pool was good with a small staffing issue with regards to the wait staff and drink service. However, I could past all of that if the hotel side was not horrible. I was offered an upgrade which I paid for and turns out the room was NOT AT ALL as described by the individual who checked me in. He then put me into a different room, which was even less as he described. However, when moving me to the "new" room, they could not get my luggage to me until after dinner and no telling where it was. They did end up refunding the "upgrade" charge for the non upgraded room. During the stay in this room, we had to call the front desk for lotions and shampoo as they were not restocked. Dirty dishes and plates were also never removed / replaced. I did need to add an additional room for the last night. I was told that it was feather free, when it was not. Had to use the decorative pillows from the two chairs on the room and two towels from the bathroom as a blanket, since they were not feathers, as it was late and front desk seemed unable to assist. Next morning when time for a shower, there were no wash cloths or any of the toiletries so ended up showering in a friends room. Overall, horrible hotel experience and there seemed to be very few people at the hotel part, to include housekeeping, that were properly trained. If you want a great experience that includes a hotel, then I would never recommend this location. However, if you want to visit for the day at a casino and hit up a good buffet, then I would say that this is a great option. Hotel stayers, beware...LOL.
Best place, lot of fun, great restaurants and lots more
Not nearly as crowded as this trip and they have every type of game in the casino. Highly recommended.
Fun place to go.
Great restaurants.
Needed help on one of the machines and the attendant was not very understanding or helpful. Basically said you are out of luck. So we left, poor customer service. Lots of other choices in Vegas.
Red Rock casino is a great place to stay with the Family. They have a Regal movie theater, T-bones restaurant, Lucille's Bbq, a Great buffet, the Yard House restaurant and many other choices to go eat.
Totally love this hotel! My fav hotel to stay at in Las Vegas
Pancakes leave a lot to be desired. A lot of the food was cold, but it was all good. I recommend the bagels and the sausages. Worth it!
The Red Rock Casino is a beautiful Casino in Summerlin, there are many restaurants and many things to do, I have eaten there and I have played bowling and it was a lot of fun, I really enjoyed it. I have not used the game zone because I cannot play but it seems very comfortable if you like to gamble. Anyway I really advise this hotel and Casino if you want to stay in Las Vegas and have a good time -Alessio Balderi
Stopped by this location after showing National City Arena to friends who were visiting from out of town. Large sports and race book area. There is a bar outside of the area. Nice selection of restaurants in the food court. Many table games. Large variety of slots and video poker. There are several sit down restaurants not in the food court - a nice variety of places offering different food options. Oh don't forget about the large bingo room. Enjoyed our visit to this Stations property.
Had a lot of fun bowling there. I would definitely go back.
Fabulous place! Gorgeous facility with amazing rooms and views. This is the best place I've ever stayed in Las Vegas.
Good dining options and a great food court. Excellent upkeep and friendly employees. Very popular with the local Summerlin residents. Plenty of free parking.
Decent Casino, lots of restaurants to choose from. Also has a Regal Cinema Theater inside. Free Parking
AMAZING, except Iosing in casino. But gorgeous, elegant , classy , hot spot for hotel stay . Next time you see me on casino floor , just hit the button for million jackpot on my machine
Small oriental drink lady never showed up with my Sierra Mist :(
Had just an awful experience with your waitress inside your Grand Cafe, her name was Chelsea, and for some reason I found her to be quite rude to me, & I just didn't understand why she instead of trying to make me feel like a guest in your establishment, she made me feel very uncomfortable as well as unwanted, maybe its time for her to work on her professional skills.. Too ever reads my Commentary, I wish to Thank you....
This is a beautiful resort in quiet Summerlin, a suburb of Las Vegas. If you want a Las Vegas experience with out the city feel, go here. There is an adjacent mall and town center with a beautiful park. You also can visit closeby Red Rock Canyon. PS, don't miss Hearthstone or Distill(shout out to Brittany)!
Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and tons of places to eat. What else do you need? Oh yea there's the casino too.
Although the buffet was not open, I still love the atmosphere. Great place to visit. Had fun playing Bingo and the slots.
It was nice. Looked like a cheaper alternative for something like ceasers palace or the bellagio, since for one it wasn't in the major city, and it wasn't as "glamorous", but it was still nice. But yet again I wouldn't really know since I only ate at a BBQ place there(Lucielle's BBQ) which was good. From first impressioj and not knowing much about the casino's prices and such or accomadations, I would say Red Rock is a cheaper alternative to the more bigger and nicer places in the major city. You get what you pay for.
A great off the strip experience in a world class venue! There s plenty to do in the complex for all ages and desires! There s lots to do nearby the hotel as well; minor league baseball, hockey, shopping, great restaurants. This is the best hotel in all of Vegas (on or off the strip).
Always a pleasant experience at Red Rock whether I'm gaming or dining, it's always a cut above!
They have a lot of shops open now. We went bowling had a lot of fun. They do take your temperature before you enter the casino.
One of the best buffets in town. Great breakfast before exploring red rock canyon park.
Great place. Cellular service is quite horrendous (at least for TMobile). There are many entertainment options and it will keep you entertained for a few hours if you go there. I personally don't gamble but the buffet, movies, arcade, among other things is enough.
I love Red Rock because now they have Vegan options at every restaurant and they're delicious!!!
Very nice hotel rooms. The hotel is separated from the casino, so quiet for a casino hotel. Food varies as in most Station Casinos. Good choices from buffet to a good steakhouse. Overall, I'd go back.
Love this place. Close to home. Great gambling. Movie discount days. Food choices great.
The casino is beautiful. Although it is off the strip it is large enough to keep you occupied for more than a couple days.
The layout is beautiful. The servers are fast, the dealers are mostly great. I prefer red rock over most places. The scenery right outside the casino is also wonderful and the park is only a few minutes away. Hence the name Red Rock, because of the close proximity to the canyon.
The slot machines pay out at a good rate. $20 can last quite a while if you are losing or it can last all day if you are winning!! They have a very nice selection of machines some old style slots, many new and brand new games!! The tables have everything a casino should offer. The sport book area is really awesome. Pricing on tables is great, from $5 and up. Dealers are eager to help you place bets so you shouldn't feel intimidated if you want to try a game for the first time.
I would recommend this casino for a Vegas experience without the traffic/tourist/ crowding headaches of the strip. Do you like to stick around one casino or area? Red Rock has it all without going anywhere else.
Spa is top notch. Clean, not too crazy on price.
There is a wide selection of food available and from the multiple places I've eaten I haven't had a bad meal. Last food I ate there was a 20" grilled Italian sub. It was delicious, I couldn't finish all 20" but I gave it shot, ended up sharing the rest.
I can't elaborate on rooms because I stay about 3 minutes away in a house so I've never had a reason to stay overnight. But I'm sure they are extremely clean and wonderful.
The promotions are fun and keep you coming back for points, spins, and gifts.
Give it a shot, you won't regret the decision. If you aren't fully satisfied let me know, and I'll relay the message forward. I'm just a normal guy though so I don't know how much I could help, but I wouldn't hesitate to call and talk to customer services.
Went to see a movie there with my boyfriend. Very clean and great service. Seating is comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful with anything. Had some noisy guy on his phone, told an employee and they took care of it.
I was really happy with my stay, the staff is so friendly and not at all bothersome. The steakhouse inside was actually surprisingly good, I love how many things there are to do here, as they even have a movie theater. But since this trip was allll play, I kept very busy. My room was impeccably clean, room service waited until my do not disturb sign was off to clean in my room. The bed sheets were very clean and the bed was nice and comfortable, I usually do not like hotel pillows but I actually slept really well here! I would stay here again maybe on my next visit .
Very nice place, clean, comfortable rooms and good food. Although...after Labor Day the "RESORT" closes at 5 PM so unless you just want to gamble, eat and drink find some place else. My opinion is after 5 PM it is just a casino...very disappointed for the $$
Great Buffet...I like taking my wife here for a late night dinner.
It's a beautiful resort but the entire pool deck area is closed for at least a month. I unfortunately found that out after I arrived.
One of my favorite casinos. Excellent bowling alley and movie theater, good food selection, amazing location away from the strip and nonsense. Highly reccomend!!!
Despite the new Covid-19 policies, the place was clean, machines were appropriately spaced, games paid nicely. Panda Express was great with awesome service.
I went here for a concert and parking was horrendous. I literally had to drive around nearly an hour to find a spot. I understand this isnt the casinos fault but it was just the first of many upsets that night. I'd give them another shot on a night that isnt as busy, so we'll see.
Only visited the restaurants but still a great location off of the Strip. Local vibe!
I love this place especially the video poker. It's sad to see it like many others so empty. Trying times.
The place looks nice, but it's really kind of crappy overall. Even the suites are mediocre by Vegas standards. It's also far from the strip, but close to the beautiful canyon.
Home of Taco Tuesdays!!! Always clean inside, even when busy. Ample restaurant choices. Parking in the front can be a challenge sometimes, but I often find a spot. Huge property with lots to see and do. Close to additional local area, providing more variety. Love the front fountain also. I look forward to each visit.
Best station casino truly amazing great food great atmosphere overall great place for locals has everything you need
Love this hotel. Some of the check in staff were very unfriendly. But the hotel itself had everything you could possibly need or want
Beautiful property, located away from the craziness of the "Strip".
Casino and many excellent restaurant choices available on site.
Red rock is a great local spot but it's hard to get a drink in that place no matter what kind of money you're spending. I have a CHAIRMAN status card and I actually had a cocktail server tell me I had to put more money in my machine to get a cocktail I showed her my card and told her to pisses off and left the casino NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!
Very nice stay at the Red Rock Casino and Hotel. The place is fabulous the beds were so comfortable. There is a wide variety of eating establishments and the casino is large. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit at The Red Rock.
Pretty nice place. Had great views of the mountains. The toilet paper is the best I have seen in any hotel I have stayed in to this point!
Always a great place to visit, stay, and do many things! Movies, bowling, and eat! Chill out in the lounges, bars, and watch sports. The sportsbook area is huge! The pool is awesome too. Of course there is gambling but that should be a given. There's just so much to this place to limit it to just another casino!
Win some lose some, quiet the couple of times I went in
It's not a bad place if you are going to hang out or to stay. There are obviously opportunities to go gambling and to win money. It is a miles away from the strip and the restaurants at the casino is medicore. Overall the Red Rock Casino isn't a bad placw to be at.
I love the red rock. Amazing rooms for amazing price.
We had an amazing time dating at redrock from a great movie to a good bite to eat ! Wonderful customer service!
I actually did not do anything inside the casino, but we went to Yardhouse. In order to enter, you have to go through the casino. The small part of the casino we walked through was very clean, smelled nice, and you could see staff dedicated to wiping everything down. The only thing I did not care for is there were a lot of people congregating near the Yardhouse entrance. We thought they were in line, but they weren't.
Yardhouse had patio seating, so we could hear the music and see the lights up around the casino. Overall, great visit.
My wife, son and myself went to visit our relatives today that were staying at the hotel. They wanted us to meet them at the pool. We went to the pool area and were stopped by the pool attendant. We were fully dressed and he did not let us enter to meet our relatives at the pool. The attendants name was Duane and he treated us very poorly. He refused our entry to the pool area. I had to contact the Security Supervisor, Phillip who met and escorted us to the pool. I would never step foot in the Red Rock again. I spoke to one of the hotel managers, Jaime and explained what happened. I told her to have the Hotel Manager call me.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. Awesome customer service, great food, and a beautiful atmosphere.
Nice casino...best of stations. Slots rarely pay. Tables games are where to be.
Station Casinos flagship property. Beautiful casino with a large selection of restaurants, bowling alley, bingo, poker, cinema and video game area for the kids. Just an overall great place for everyday or a special occasion.
Always clean and inviting inside. Lots of machines to choose from and great service. You can never go wrong coming here day or night. Highly recommend anyone to come to gamble or stay a night or a week. The rooms are great comfortable and great views.
Love coming here to play some games and grab a bite to eat. Yard rock is a favorite.
Great place to stay right now for a Vegas trip getaway. First time here and the resort was safe, clean and plenty to do on the property. The pool was amazing! The resturant options are plenty and everything is reasonably priced. We got to do a lot in the 3 days we stayed, including Bingo! Staff is very accommodating and helpful. They're also following strict mask rules and plenty of sanitation stations throughout the property. I could keep going about this great, must visit gem!
Out of all the station casinos, this one is the best.
Clean and good atmosphere, but I had to ask directions from 8 different employees for the place I was looking for. Finally a security guard showed me the way.
I really like this friendly casino a lot. It is very clean and clutter free. The restaurants are always changing and the games are abundant. My regular spot to eat and gamble.
thought this casino was in a safe area but discovered it was NOT. my car was broken into when parked in the 3rd floor of the parking lot. didn't expect CRIME with such good reviews, people beware...this is a warning.
ok a year after. it was the parking lot security guards who actually broke into my car after checking my hidden camera. do not trust them
Has a great night couple crazy people but all in all it was great !
Went to the Cafe to eat, food was great. Service wasn't. After she served our food and a couple minutes later re appeared to see if we needed anything we never saw her again. The place only and a hand full of customers. When she finally came back we were done eating and had to flag her down for another drink, doggie bag which we never got and the check. The serve there gets worse each time I go in to the Cafe. It a shame because the food is fairly good.
