Never have had a mediocre meal there, always excellent food and drinks and gluten free available

I don't think I've ever written a review of Red Orchids. Let me tell you. I have gone there many times over the years. I have never had a bad meal or bad service. The owners and staff leave nothing to be desired. Recently I invited friends to join me for dinner as I am not able to meet with all of them when I visit Charleston, as I moved away last year. 42 of my friends and acquaintances RSVP'D. We were treated so well and everybody had a wonderful time. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant also does take out. Go try it, you won't be disappointed.

Very good chinese rest. Menu was varied with selections ordered very tasty. We will eat there again very soon!

Delicious food! I love their Tangerine Chicken and Mongolian Beef dishes. I also recommend their chili oil for a little added spice and sweet flavor.

this is the best chinese restaurant in the area, and it sucks. at it's best the Red Orchid is mediocre.

My husband and I love coming here! The owner came over to our table tonight and joked with us. They were very busy during the dinner rush but we got our food fast!

Our waiter was attentive and friendly. I also felt very safe during COVID because they had every other table blocked off and the staff wore masks. The food is delicious too and I love the beautiful red lanterns. They create a romantic atmosphere.

The staff all worked so hard and gave us a wonderful experience! We ll be back again for sure :)

Besides the very nice service and good food there s such a fun selection of ice cream flavors and you can get shot sized servings to try a few. New favorite.

This place is seriously good. This isn t your usual Chinese with tons of breading and no meat chicken. All the dishes are full of quality ingredients. I was caught off guard by the quality the first time I tried this place. I was not expecting it to be as good as it was for some reason. My wife suggested it when she went with some people from work. It is seriously so good.
