Red Cat Records Review

The records are great, however I did not have a good experience with the lady who was at the door, she did not let me in because of restrictions on number of clients at a time which is understandable, and I respected that, so I went back to my car to wait for my son who was in already however right after me two ladies arrived and she let both of them enter the shop which made me shocked. I will never go there again. There are a lot of other options in the area.

Although their used jazz record selection is limited I was able to find a couple gems. What impressed me is how well packaged their used records are.

I like that you can browse their inventory online. Rare, even today. Went in to purchase a record and discovered they had a ltd edition one too. Pleasant customer service and good prices will keep me coming back

Eclectic selection. They never have everything I'm looking for but there are always pleasant surprises I didn't expect to see. That's the whole point of record stores. You learn new sounds.

Red Cat has long been a top tier destination for vinyl fans all over the region, if not the entire country. It's nearly impossible to not find a 5 star classic record that demands to be part of your collection. Their used selection is of very high standards and honestly, the people who run the shop are so friendly. Red Cat is the best.

Outstanding customer service ... very professional and friendly - excellent selection of music in house but also, they are always willing and happy to do special orders from Europe and that is very valuable to me ... the orders arrive fairly quickly .. they are also one of only a few independent record stores left in Vancouver and it's amazing to still have such an exceptional one still open for business ... highly recommend this store!
